I'm just really curious what everybody thinks. I didn't believe that it was at first but with all the crap that's been going on in the world today I'm really not so sure anymore. On one hand I'm really excited about the possibility of Jesus coming back and ascending with Him into Heaven, but on the other hand I still have so much of my life to live here on earth with my Baptism coming up in a couple of months, and hopefully shortly after that my wedding and who knows? Maybe there's even children in our future. I'm not paranoid about it because whenever the Lord wants to come He will, but I'm just not sure I'm ready for it if He decides to come now.

I hope so.

I'm pretty sure it is the end time for those that may not survive.
What exactly do you mean by that?
"I'm" means "I am."
"Pretty" in the sense I used it means "Sort of," or "Nearly."
"Sure" designates "Confidence."
"It is the end time for those that may not survive ." This can mean many things: Their time is up, they're dead meat, there is no more time for them, and all this associated with any preparation they may have not had time to get ready for. Then hopefully they still hear the words of Mat 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

You know you're the only one I know on here who could actually bring humor into a situation like this lol a simple yes or no would have sufficed. The title of this topic wasn't an essay question. Not the part about when you were explaining it to me, but your original post wasn't even a straight (unconfusing) answer. I'm just really curious about something? Have you ever replied to a post with just a simple yes or a no (or I don't know) answer?

When has there not been tornadoes , earthquakes, fires, floods etc?

Consider this a like. It just seems like it's been happening an awful lot lately. As I said before though, I am definitely not paranoid about it. Even though I really want to marry my fiancée and settle down and have a family with him, if Jesus wants to come and get me and take me to Heaven with Him I'd be more than happy to go with Him. However nobody (except the Father) not even Christ Himself knows when that will be so why should I even be worried about it?

Possibly prior to there being rain?
Gen 2:5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
Gen 2:6 But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.

When you read Matthew 24:1-28 we have always had many of these things in the world. It increases all the time as these are the beginning of sorrows that will keep increasing as we are to endure until Christ returns.

Matthew 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

This is what we watch for in vs. 29-31and not only watch, but be ready when this happens.
