    I agree with much you write about spontaneous conversation. About the gifts, I believe those of I Cor. 12 were the miraculous gifts of the 1st century which passed with the completion of the NT. I understand the gifts one may have today are not miraculous.

    You are absolutely right. Paul by inspiration means exactly what he says about the women's silence in the church. I have learned from experience that most on the forum are liberals and really have little care about what the Bible teaches on this matter and others. If they don't want to it they won't and will try to justify their position any way they can. Others having no real scriptural answer will ridicule you.

    If interested, I willl study this matter with you and suggest we do so by e-mail.
