Well, I am not popular in the place I am at the moment because it turned out people seem to envy me. The older I get, the less it starts to bother me. Of course, it hurts, but in the long run our main focus should be if the Lord is pleased with us or not rather than people.

I mean yoghurts (but you should check the sugar content; Greek yoghurts should be ok). We have a variety of fermented dairy products (kefyr, ayran), and they are very good to take before going to bed.
I heard doctors say it's best to eat 5-6 times per day, but smaller amounts, rather than 2-3 times per day of bigger ones, and breakfast should be the most nutritious one. Also, fermented dairy food is good for digestion.
