  • Well, I see; I know there are some women don't ever get around to piercing their ears; and also you do need to be sure that you want a tatt before getting it, don't you. Blessings.
Oh I agree. Modesty is important. But I don't see that haircuts, reasonable tatts or some simple ear or eyebrow (etc.) piercings are really anyone else's business.
Well, it's always good to be sensitive to Scripture. I know some people are at varying levels inhibited (or whatever the best term is) when it comes to haircuts, tatts and piercings. Sounds like your local church is a bit more relaxed on some of those. Blessings.
Hi; you made an interesting point about hair, but I think the post seems to have disappeared now. Some people feel less inhibited than others about haircuts, anyway. Blessings.
Hope you guys had a great day; and I think you've indicated that it's your mom that has prayed a lot for you over the years, right?
Things are busy here. I thought the thread might be of interest; feel free to put even a short one liner comment; whatever. Blessings.
Okay. (Since that thread has been quiet, I've started another one with a slightly different emphasis anyway.) Blessings.
Hi; did you see the recent posts on the tatt. thread? (what do you think?) Blessings.
Yes it is, isn't it?:)You must know. But curiosity about first wine/nicotine needn't dominate.
questdriven: You say you're in Georgia? for a start, I think that there's a difference between purchasing, public drinking and possession on the one hand, and private premises with friends and family, etc., but you'd have to check. I looked up Georgia: it used to be 21, then it was lowered to 18, then raised successively to 19, then 20, then 21 again! if it's in private you might still be able to, but sounds like for moment you're out of luck! (not that I believe in luck; just an expression.) Moderation in all things is the key. Blessings.
Ty for the clarification; good to keep on topic, I guess. Depending on the minimum age in your state, if you have a clear conscience about drinking wine, you can certainly go for it, if you want to, though I happen to prefer not to. Blessings.
Oops; sorry; it was my mistake because I remembered something about you saying before you weren't old enough to be able to do some things. Enjoy the Lord's blessings.
Hi; Jethro is STILL getting fired up, as if what HE wants to project onto someone else applies to everyone! :) (Fact is, that an estimated 60% of parlor clients are women, and some Godly women get modest, faith related designs.) Blessings.
