The answers are, No Yes No Yes Yes I believe baptism of Holy Spirit happens at the time of conversion. The other experiences are empowerment of Holy Spirit. It is growth up the ladder and not a first (and only) experience. A person can be filled with Holy Spirit even without these experiences...
