It's difficult to say "I'm sorry" because it's like admitting that we were wrong and nobody seems to want to be wrong.
But if we love someone and we do hurt their feelings, it's very important to say I'm sorry.
It shows them that we love them and it takes the hurt away.
If we're not sorry when we hurt someone's feelings it means we don't love them too much.
