I am thankful for this latest development. The GOP is ---out of control-- these days.
If it meant keeping your health care or disability, would you lie to the government?
I had to make such a decision ,but I had my current job who provides insurance bit if it goes then it's not so easy to not to lie to them .I got denied by them because I work.go figure.

hi. im just hoping that i can stay on disability until im able to support myself. its crazy...not to get into bitter mental patient mode and all, but Mental Health, Inc. really --does-- create victims, all the time. Then the tax payers pick up the tab thru disability, health coverage, etc...and Mental Health, Inc. complains about more people "needing treatment," etc.

I'm just saying...if people really want to do something about the "epidemic of mental illness" in America, we should make psychiatrists pay their victims and support them until they're able to support themselves. But...no one listens to "uppity mental patients," lol.

Which btw would then raises the patient costs.

You are thankful that Republicans who were elected based in part on their promise to repeal Obamacare were unfaithful to the people who entrusted them with their futures.
Great.
You are thankful that the government can continue to prevent American citizens from supersizing their God given liberty to choose for themselves what they believe is best for themselves.
Great.
You are thankful that some nameless, unelected, bureaucrat who does not answer to anybody has been given the power to make healthcare decisions for you.
Great.

You just might be happier in a country like Cuba or China where there are no Republicans to impede the government's power to make every decision for every aspect of your life.

John McCain and the other two need their butts kicked for lies. I have alwahys respected the former P.O.W. but he is either completely and intentionally ignorant of the issue, both scripturally and practically or he has gone over to the other side without his constituents knowledge. The other two, one I do not remember but one of them is a soft hearted woman and has no business in government in the first place.

He is on George Soros' payroll.
McCain is a traitor to the Republican party and to this nation which Soros is spending his billions to destroy.

God is Omnipotence, Omniscience, Omnipresence, and Omnibenevolent. Nothing just happens.
You ave seen where I explain how God wrote the Book of Life before any of us, before Adam was here, no? If not I will post it here for you but a clue lies in the properties you have correctly listed and meditating on what those mean.

1. Yes
2. As a tax paying American citizen in the upper middle class, I support single payer.
3. I don't agree with your view.
4. I love living in America and I have no desire to move.

I love American socialism!
It's great to have public schools, police officers and firemen!
I'm all for single payer!
Woot for McCain and the other two! There is hope in the Republican party!
Great, when you pay six months for medicare but can't use ,I do hope you survive on no.meds or doctors long enough as that's what social security told me and my wife.pay in Jan and can't use it until July!

I think it'd be great if American culture could rediscover the concept of The Common Good. I don't think we can have a live-able, just society with no safety net, no social programs, draconian criminal laws, no environmental protections, no worker protections, and everybody at each others' throats, struggling to get by. Its not sustainable...its basically turning into the war of all, against all.

I don't totally disagree bit the government logic of your poor, let's tax you into a retirement plan makes no.sense.you can't get fica taxes back, unlike income tax.I claimed injured spouse.I got what they took from me but I didn't get my fica taxes back nor are those exempted for soldiers deployed.

If my city Job,the dod can match a 401k style plan why can't the ss system be changed to that? Thats not perfect but it's better then what we have.if I were to die at 65.my wife would get my guard pension at 55 percent and thar taken from the higher rate of ss.yet no bills are going to drop.im planning to saving more each year but I don't think it will ever be enough

The American culture and the government are not one in the same..

If running the governments ever returned to the concept of for the Common Good, I should dance in the street. However the Government would first return to it's purpose, as defined by the Founding Fathers in their writings, that being to protect the people, very small government.

And just a single case but that would drop every Wino, Booze Hound and Druggie on their own keesters, right off the bat and they would cry like babies. It would also dry up the National Pork Barrel and the Professional Politicians, that were never supposed to be, would cry real tears. You being a Leftest should investigate what you choose to push forward, you would not believe what a return to the Common Good would mean. Why, once we had a President that was so conservative the liberal, left leaning, GOP voted for him! Yes, that's right he was a filthy rich man whose inheritance was gathered together by his mafia father and illegal booze when it was outlawed and John F. and his brother Robert Kennedy, the AG of the U.S. were determined to eradicate the Mafia in this nation and they both were murdered because of their being Conservative,

Your chosen side has always been filled with punks and hoodlums, I just do not know, exactly, when the powers that be shifted parties.
