Slowing Down I Phones on Purpose?

With news that apple is purposely slowing phones on purpose so that we will have to buy new have any of you noticed your stuff being slower?

Yeah, nor would I. And at the same time I wouldn't put it past Apple to slow their older model iPhones so as to get dedicated consumers to buy a new one.
Apple has a inhumane business ethic. Just look up, Foxxcon suicides.

I've never owned an iPhone, mostly because I don't appreciate Apple's tight grip on its software, but I was surprised to hear even they would stoop to this. No open sourcing, so the river of money always gets sifted by Apple, and now they reach for more. Push their users who already feed their ecosystem into buying a new over-priced model.

Shameless...

There isn't a computer system around that doesn't get slow over time because of the changes in technology. Opening a particular website today is quite different than opening one five years ago. Far, far more bits of information that must be downloaded. Every time an update is installed it must take into consideration all of the newer technology that is out there and this consumes more resources.

It would not surprise me to buy a computer today, install whatever software I may ever use, never install another update or software package, and never connecting to a live network to find that 10 years later the system will operate in the same way and at the same speed because everything, except whatever files one created and cached, would be unchanged.

WIP you are correct, but Apple is accused of intentionally slowing down models previous to their current one. This is much different than operating antiquated technology.
