Since it's the Thanksgiving season this is all the more fitting. My thanks to Rollo Tamasi and Willie T. for helping me get back into a church.

Rollo encouraged me to get back to church, and Willie made me remember the joy and life of the Spirit I was missing in church with his Vineyard Church video he posted.

Thank you.

Instead of this just being a one or two post thread, share your gratitude and thanks about something in your life.

I'm thankful that Kathi came back on the forum.
I'm thankful that Jethro doesn't beat me up too much.
I'm thankful for the support I get from other forum members when I post something that's worth reading.
I'm thankful for a wife that loves me and a church that is filled with God's love.

I am grateful for the faithfulness of my LORD. As an atheist it took the death and my discovery of the pieces of my best friend to drive me to my knees to seek an answer but as soon as I bowed myself, God answered and in spite of my bad attitude. God has been faithful in spite of me and no man can ask more.

I'm thankful that the Lord moved me far away from an abusive dad and highly dysfunctional family. I'm thankful the Lord gave me a job and I started taking college courses without the aid of my parents. I'm thankful there are people who care enough for me to keep me in line and checked when my learned dysfunctional behavior tries to take over, so that I can unlearn the dysfunction.

I am thankful to the Lord that he brought me to this forum and introduced me to everyone here, including strong Christian men examples for those of us who are the younger guys, in years and in the Lord, to look up to and learn from.

There are so many things to be thankful for. The most important for all of us being God's amazing grace and mercy in our lives.
I'll just mention here though how thankful I am for all of you. You make this forum site a place that I know I can come to and be safe to share and learn. My life would be less in many ways without each of you.
