Paul and Barnabas, and others, were deputed by the Church of Antioch (Ac 15:2) to consult the apostles and elders at Jerusalem on the question of circumcision of Gentile Christians. 1 Then after an interval of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus along also. The Apostle Paul went to Jerusalem at least 4-times after his conversion. ... So Saul stayed with them and moved about freely in Jerusalem, speaking boldly.

https://www.google.com/webhp?source... was the apostle paul for the fourteen years?

Biblical Chronology, The Life of the Apostle Paul
The Apostle Paul went to Jerusalem at least 4-times after his conversion. And it is possible that the Scriptures infer that Paul may have went to Jerusalem 5-times after he was converted. The Scriptures below and evidence surmise when these visits occurred.

Does Galatians 1 hold an answer

Gal 1:16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:
Gal 1:17 Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus.
Gal 1:18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and abode with him fifteen days.
Gal 1:19 But other of the apostles saw I none, save James the Lord's brother.
Gal 1:20 Now the things which I write unto you, behold, before God, I lie not.
Gal 1:21 Afterwards I came into the regions of Syria and Cilicia;
Gal 1:22 And was unknown by face unto the churches of Judaea which were in Christ:
Gal 1:23 But they had heard only, That he which persecuted us in times past now preacheth the faith which once he destroyed.
Gal 1:24 And they glorified God in me.

Yes, to the above scriptures, and thanks, Reba

We are so spoiled by having chapter and verse we often forget the Scriptures were not written that way.
I believe the tanach didn't have that either. the jews did that first and we followed their breaks on the tanach but oddly their tanach is different order but the breaks are the same and chapters and verses.

2 Cor 12:2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.

Gal 1:11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
Gal 1:12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Gal 1:17 Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus.
Gal 1:18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and abode with him fifteen days.
Gal 2:1 Then fourteen years after I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, and took Titus with me also.

Dear Brethren WalterandDebbie, the thing you seek might be in the following scripture of Gal 2:2 - And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that Gospel which I preach among the Gentiles,
I have this following excerpt from the study of Galatians by A.S. Copley that may be of help also. At the end of this excerpt I have stated another idea to add.

“Now in our study we are shown that the Lord sent him to the Jerusalem church, but not until fourteen years after he had been in Arabia and returned to Damascus was he allowed of the Lord to confer in regard to doctrine with the Kingdom apostles. His Gospel was distinct and separate from all previous revelations, and the special teaching for the Church; and the Lord would keep it thus. But the time had come for him to meet the other leaders, and communicate the news which had been revealed to him. The Lord wanted harmony as to the way of salvation. He had prepared the hearts of the apostles for this meeting, of which Paul was a necessary part. This convention was the first and only gathering of the ministers of the Church recorded in Scripture - Acts 15. The results of that meeting are outstanding and upstanding, and cannot be ignored. Paul's place as the apostle to the Gentiles, and his Gospel given by revelation, were recognized and endorsed. He was given the right hand of fellowship; and the Jerusalem church went on record as to the grace way of salvation. They set to their seal that God was no respecter of persons, and that salvation was by faith alone. Peter's experience in the house of Cornelius was cited as an example of God's grace. Paul did not compromise the Truth in the very least; even Titus a Gentile, was allowed to sit in conference, though he had not been circumcised. That was a great victory for Paul's Gospel, when these brethren of reputation from Jerusalem agreed with Paul - 2:3-6. The apostle was not cowed one iota. He had gone up to Jerusalem for this very purpose. The Spirit of God directed him; and the results of that conference were satisfying then, and have been so for the entire age. He gave place to none of the older apostles, "that the Truth of the Gospel" might be kept pure and continue with the people.”

Now Paul was given a dispensation that Peter and the others did not have as of that time.
Col 1:25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
Col 1:26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints.
Peter somewhat confirms this in 2 Pet 3:16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
Blessings in Christ Jesus. :wave2
