Mine would be the Gospel of John.

To me, there is just something about it which seems completely different then the other 3.
Perhaps the word "enchanted" or "mystical" might slightly express what this Gospel feels like to me, but maybe its just beyond my ability to quantify its effect on me with words.

Your favorite?

John and Matthew are mine. Well, Luke is good too and Mark... Sheesh, I can't decide which I like better!

The Gathers :)
John 17 is hard to beat..
What comes through to me in Luke 24 the road to Emmaus, Is such powerful love

John is my favorite, too! It's sweet, simple and John's understanding and emulation of love is apparent throughout, which is how I see your descriptions as well, "enchanted" and "mystical". Even though the others understood "love", John's rendition stands out.
