After The Rapture – All The Pigs Vanish

After the rapture, when Jesus comes for all of his believers just before the God's final judgment of mankind in the Great Tribulation, there will be only two types of people left – Jew and Muslim.

In order to make sense of the disappearance of all the Christians, Jewish and Muslim religious leaders will look to the New Testament for possible explanations whereby they will find incidents between Jesus Christ and the gentiles (hint: those forbidden pigs).

In one story Jesus confronts two possessed men in a graveyard (Matthew 8:28-34 , Mark 5:1-17, Luke 8:26-37). Jesus Christ exorcises the demons from the two men by casting the demons into a herd of pigs whereby the herd of pigs then leap off a cliff and disappear into a body of water. The pigs disappearing into the water will be used by Muslim and Jewish religious leaders to represent the rapture whereby God uses the rapture to eradicate all the pigs (hint: Christians/gentiles) to prepare those left behind for the arrival of the true messiah.

The rapture will be explained as God casting all the demons from the land of Israel by placing them inside Christians and then having all of the Christians simply disappear.

The whole story will be used as an example of God purifying the Jewish people to prepare them for the arrival of the messiah. They will highlight the fact that an entire herd of pigs (Hint: Christians) simply vanish (hint: rapture) leaving the two men (hint: Jew and Muslim) to prepare for the arrival of the true messiah.

In another story Jesus told the parable of the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32) where a son demands his inheritance and then leaves for the gentile world, whereby he squanders all of his money and is ultimately left caring for pigs and eating their food to survive. It is interesting that the prodigal son goes to a gentile land that harbors pigs (hint: the United States?) which are forbidden in Mosaic law.

After the rapture there will be great distress and shortages of food. The Jewish religious leaders will use the parable of the prodigal son as the call for all Jews to leave the gentile land (hint: that harbors pigs) and return to Israel.

In the parable the father doesn't set out to search for his wayward son, nor does he send anyone else to retrieve his wayward son. Instead it is left to the son (hint: Jews in foreign lands) to return to Israel to prepare for the arrival of the messiah and enjoy the feast that the Father will prepare for them in Israel (hint: rebuilding the temple).

After the rapture it will be a time of great upheaval where people will seek erroneous explanations that will calm their fears of God's impending final judgment of mankind. Be prepared for the rapture where Jesus Christ will come for all of his believers so they will not be part of the mass confusion and distress of God's final judgment.

Believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ (hint: get baptized) and rest assured that you'll be part of the rapture where you will be reunited with God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirit in heaven forever.

hello ugmug, dirtfarmer here

The unbelieving Gentiles will not be taken in the rapture, so there will still be Gentiles during the tribulation and also the kingdom age.

How will the absence of the antichrist be explained?

Verse 1 starts out by showing us the Gathering of God's people in the resurrection/rapture, at the coming of the Lord.

Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you... 2 Thessalonians 2:1

Verse 8 shows the destruction of the antichrist, at this same coming.

And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 2 Thessalonians 2:8

The same coming of the Lord, to gather His people, also destroys the antichrist.

I used to live in Katy.

My kids went to Taylor High School.

I understand that the restrainer, will continue to do so, until the restrainer releases the antichrist to be revealed in "his own time".

Could you please acknowledge that you see and understand that the coming of the Lord to gather His people at the resurrection/rapture, is also the coming of the lord that destroys the antichrist?

Very interesting my friend, Hey, it could just be as you've said. Something or someone will (antichrist?) come up with an answer to why so many Christians are missing, after the Rapture....Good thinking, I like that!! :thumbsup

Jesus tells us how this present world will come down, in "the end."

Matthew 13:41
The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

A more precise and intimate depiction is found in Matt. 25's account of "sheep/goats and nations." What 'form' this will take.

And then what happens? Here, again, is what we are advised, will happen:

Revelation 11:15
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

It is basically A DIVINE TAKEOVER.

After the rapture, when Jesus comes for all of his believers just before the God's final judgment of mankind in the Great Tribulation, there will be only two types of people left – Jew and Muslim.

So all the atheists, Pagans, Hindus, Buddhists, Taoists, Confucianists, Shintoists, Animists, Communists, Mormons, Zoroastrians, and Trumpists are also going to get raptured?:hips

hello dianegcook, dirtfarmer here

You are welcome to enter into any thread that I have answered without invitation. How else are we going to have insight if we don't compare scripture with scripture and how others understand. I have no private interpretation, but compare what others believe, and also what I believe with scripture to move from a shallow understanding to a deeper understanding.

It is my understanding that Holy Spirit is the restrainer and lives in the believers which is the Church, the body of Christ. I will study your answer. It has been my understanding when "elect" is spoken of, it is in reference to Israelites.

hello smaller, dirtfarmer here

In your reference to Matthew 13:41 and "a more precise and intimate depiction is found in Matthew 25", what do you believe that angels will help judge? In 1 Corinthians 6:2-3 it is stated in v2 that the saints will judge the world and in v3 it is stated that we shall judge the angels.

You have to be careful when alluding to the kingdoms of this world as the kingdom that was promised Israel. In Daniel 2 it is revealed that there will be 4 kingdoms and non of them is the kingdom that God promised Abraham and the nation of Israel.

I would not call it a divine takeover, it more like a judgment. In v18 it is stated "the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come and the time of the dead that they should be judged and that thou shouldest give rewards unto thy servants the prophets, and the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth."

There are various angels/messengers in the scriptures. These can be men (or women), they can be God in Christ, they can be holy messengers, they can be wicked messengers. Probably an aside conversation to this topic matter that has many intricacies and nuances depending on what kind of messengers are being discussed.

For example, yes we are advised we will judge angels. Why would Holy Angels need judging? They won't. There are however, on the opposing scales, wicked messengers, and it is "these" I believe "we judge" not only now, but future. And this "judgment" has also transpired with saints past:

Psalm 149:
5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.
6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;
7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord.

Would I rule out that the messengers/angels in Matt. 25 by some Holy Spiritual angelic beings only and not His saints? Never.

You have to be careful when alluding to the kingdoms of this world as the kingdom that was promised Israel. In Daniel 2 it is revealed that there will be 4 kingdoms and non of them is the kingdom that God promised Abraham and the nation of Israel.

I think that viewing external kingdoms and rulers is quite worthless when it comes to understanding matters of "kingdoms" "nations" and "rulers." The "external" kingdoms, nations and rulers are NOT the only kingdoms, nations and rulers that scriptures engage. No, not at all. Satan for example has what? Yes, "a kingdom." Does Satan rule "his kingdom?" Assuredly so. Are there invisible powers, thrones and dominions? Again, of course. Eph. 6:12 pinpoints these things.

So, it is not "with the eyes" of flesh that we are to "see" these matters.

Oh, it's assuredly a Divine Takeover by Jesus, of "all things."

This is what HE DOES:

1 Corinthians 15:24
Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

IF we are only seeing "external" rule, power and authority, we simply aren't paying attentions to the details of the scriptural narratives.

Hi again dirtfarmer
It is refreshing to know that one does study my answers..
The restrainer:
Letteth=holds fast, Gr.katecho as verse 6 of 2Thess.2:6
Supply the Ellipsis by "there is one that holds fast", instead of by repeating the verb "will let".
But Katecho is a transitive verb, and an object must be supplied too,
If the subject be Satan, the object must be his position in the heavenlies Eph.6:12, from which he will be ejected by Michael, Rev.12:7-9
The subject is being picked up at verse, 3 and 4, the son of perdition sitting in the temple of God, claiming to be God.

In Daniel 12:1 Jacobs trouble
And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great Prince which Standeth for the children of thy people, and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was ...

Elect?
So are you saying that these things don't refer to you?
Rom.8:28-33
Col.3:11-13
Rom.11:7
2Peter 1:10
In Gal.3:28, 29 it states
There is neither Jew nor Greek, ye are all one in Christ.
And if he be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise..

Whom are the Israelites?
The tribe of Judah, Jews, is just one tribe....
The other tribes are scattered all around..
The other 10 tribes is referred in Ezek.37:16, 2 sticks, Judah and Joseph, the stick of Ephraim...
In Ezek.37:19
Will make them one stick,
Ezek.37:22
I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel, one King shall be king to them all, and they shall be no more 2 Nations, neither be divided into 2Kingdoms anymore at all.
Ezek.37:24,25
And David my servant shall be king over them, and have one shepherd, ...4ever

Good evening to ya

1 Corinthians 15:24
Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall haveput down all rule and all authority and power.

Matthew 24:13King James Version (KJV)
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

How do you all hope to escape(raptured)before the end?

Hi dirtfarmer
I know you didn't address me, but if I may give my understanding..
2Thess.2:7
The restrainer is Michael..
Rev.12:9-17
Michael boots Satan out, and his angels..

That transpired already. The devil and his messengers are and have been for quite some time, on earth, IN people's minds, blinding. Mark 4:15, Acts 26:18, 2 Cor. 4:4, Eph. 2:2, scores of N.T. scriptures showing their "occupation" in the flesh of man, 1 Peter 5:8, etc etc ALL show that what is referred to above in bold is not some "future" event.
This is when Satan is sitting in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.2Thess.2:4
1Thess.4:16,17?

Satan has had that seat in the flesh temple of man from Day 1 of Adam, the natural man, and every person since.

Look where Satan sits, right now:

2 Corinthians 4:
4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Look where Satan sat prior to our salvation:

Ephesians 2:
2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

Here is what happened, past tense, the instant we believed, called upon Jesus to save us:

Colossians 1:13
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

What darkness is this referring to?

Acts 26:
18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

The prince of the power of the air is Satan. Where is that air? It is "internal." Not external atmosphere. The notion that it is "external atmosphere" is how some (unseeing) believers think we're going to drift off into the external atmosphere in some kind of a rapture event. This is NOT the case.

The air that we are caught up in is this:

Colossians 1:27
To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

1 Peter 1:5
Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

The Spirit of Christ is already SEATED in the hearts of believers. We just don't "see it." We "perceive" by faith, His occupancy.

What happens at thee end? This, Paul addresses to the Thessalonians:

2 Thessalonians 2:8
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

Who is this capital W Wicked?

7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

This is not speaking of "some other flesh guy" as the supposed "anti-Christ." It speaks to the present DEFILEMENT of our own temple flesh body, by the mystery of iniquity, by the presence of indwelling sin, by evil present with us, (Romans 7:17-21) by that which we WAR against (Romans 7:24) in our own flesh/temple body, that Wicked, him, Satan.

God in Christ can wipe away that adversary in a nano-second, as the scriptures show us, here for example:

Isaiah 27:4
Fury is not in me: who would set the briers and thorns against me in battle? I would go through them, I would burn them together.

And this statement of Isaiah is referring to WHOM?

Isaiah 27

1 In that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.

There will be a very "quick end" to that adversary. Very quick. It would last "an hour."

Hi again dirtfarmer
It is refreshing to know that one does study my answers..
The restrainer:
Letteth=holds fast, Gr.katecho as verse 6 of 2Thess.2:6

Good evening to ya

hello dianegcook, dirtfarmer here

Sorry about being so long in replying.

In 1 Thessalonians 2:3 we find "that day" which I believe refers back to "the day of Christ" or the day of the Lord, which refers to judgment. In the workings of Satan there is nothing original, but he tries to "be like God"( Isaiah 14:13). It is my belief that Satan is not pleased with drunkards or harlots. He want to be as close to God as he can but deny the power of Christ. That is why he tries to involve works as a part to receive salvation, rather than " the just shall live by faith".

This is just my opinion, but is the "son of perdition" Judas Iscariot? John 17:12 states " None of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scriptures might be fulfilled", also John 6:70 " Jesus answered them, Have I not chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil."

In Daniel 12:1 "Thy people" are the Jews.

Elect in Mark 13:27 in which you referenced is referencing to Ezekiel 36:24 & Deuteronomy 30:1-2

In Romans 8:28-33 Who were the people that god foreknew? Romans 11:2 states "God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not that the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel saying," Is this not Israel the Jews?
Colossians 3:11-13 is the Church not predestination.
Romans 11:7 If you read verse 5 you find "a remnant according to the election of grace." this is in reference to the Israelites not the Church.
2 Peter 1:10 the calling and election sure has reference to v11 and the everlasting kingdom, which is Jewish in nature. The bride of Christ will reign with Christ as his bride not a subjects as to a king.

I understand the rest of your post as you do.

thanks dirtfarmer

hello smaller, dirtfarmer here

If Satan only lives in peoples mind, how do you explain Job 1:7 and Job 2:2 & 7
Job 1:7 "And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence cometh thou? Then Satan answered the Lord and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it,"
Job 2:2 Satan said the same as he did in 1:7, but in 2:7, "So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown."

These verses sounds as if Satan resides in more than the mind.
