There are two movies I'm interested in seeing if they check out content-wise, but I'd like to hear thoughts and opinions from those who've seen them.

First, "All Dogs Go To Heaven". This one seems like it could easily get irreverent or inappropriate, but I want to know for sure.

Second, the anime film "Metropolis". I've heard the heroine in this film has a strong messiah complex and there's some overt symbolism, yet the heroine seems notably flawed in other areas, so I'm hesitant to accept the idea right off.
