They've gotten to be a really big pain lately and I mean that literally with head pains and ear pains. I could use a bit of prayer if it isn't too much trouble.

taking lots of lots of time release vitamin c has helped me a whole lot. i don't even need an antihistamine now.

I started drinking tea with raw, local honey every day and now I dont have to take all that allergy medicine anymore!

yeah, I think there are a number of viable "alternative" options. I'm glad to be off allergy meds. The non-drowsy ones made jittery, and the old school ones...just not happening. Too sedating, then they gave me nightmares when I fell asleep.
vitamin c (time-release) is my allergy "fix." I"m up to 20grams/day. sounds like a lot, but for Orthomolecular, its just at the high end of daily maintenance.

Well luckily for me the prayers must have really helped because I have been feeling a lot better these past few days so thanks guys! I really appreciate it.

I've suffered with these too and dislike taking allergy pills because I feel foggy the next day. One thing that has helped me not need pills are Wormwood and Cloves supplements. Its part of the Dr Clarke parasite cleanse. I don't follow the full directions from her book/website, but taking the supplements in small doses seems to help clean me up (too much too soon and I get sick).
