Hey, I'm new here (obviously) and I'm keen to learn more about Christianity. I'm not a Christian myself but it does interest me greatly and I would love to have a greater knowledge of the religion.

Welcome! Are you a Doctor Who fan? Cuz that's what the thread title makes me think of. lol (I'm not a Whovian, but several of my friends are.)

I'm so glad someone recognized it! Yeah, I've recently started rewatching the series, so I've been quoting it a lot.
I love your profile picture, Soul's actually where my name comes from.

I grew up on the old dr.who. I am old enough to remember when the original was still being made and it was only shown in America on pbs.

Ah, I was wondering about that. xD What a coincidence. Soul Eater was the last anime I finished watching, and the latest addition to my fandoms. :)

Soul Eater was one of the first animes I ever watched, I've actually been trying to order the manga online :tongue

I must admit I haven't got around to watching the original Dr's, they're rather hard to aquire.

im sure pbs in some areas still runs them. they did so for years , as that is how I got into them. the series ended in the 1980's I watched them as recent as 2005.

I believe the Dr. Who shown on PBS in the late 60's and early 70's was actually the 4th Dr. Who.
I saw some on the earlier episodes with the 1st 3 Dr. Whos (that doesn't look right grammatically).

Unfortunately I live in South Africa, so I get very little outside of searching on the internet.

im 40. when one is poor and didn't have cable(pre-internet and digital cable) one used the old rabbit ears to get show you liked. pbs had two stations near me and also I watched most of kids shows then on the air. ie robotech, transformers and gi.joe, thundercats etc.
