Well, the melatonin in it sets your sleep.I found that when the first light of day was coming through my bedroom I was awake.I like to sleep in sometimes.
Interesting experience that you have had. You might want to join an Online support group for fellow sufferers, anyway. Blessings.

No it was arthritis. Most people have some variance of arthritis when they get older.Mine is not severe.
Sorry I confused arthritis with rheumatism, without scrolling back to the previous page of the thread. Blessings.

Do you know that the chewable vitamins that are now so popular never have iron in them?
Yes, that is correct. Neither does my vitamins have iron in them. I never had a problem there. Plenty in the red meats and similar foods I eat. Some people do need iron, and in that case they should get the chelated type, not just the ferrous oxide or whatever chemistry lab formula they have. That does not absorb as well.

BTW, when I was talking about chewing vitamins, I meant the non-chewable. Ya know, those bitter, gross tasting ones.

Anyone else take antioxidants? I have some kinda mental ailment. I require meds. I also do Orthomolecular, Dr.Hoffer style (vitamins b3 and c, selenium, vitamin E, etc.). I'm still a little crazy, but the meds work better and with fewer side effects.

Anyone else take antioxidants? Have you noticed benefits?

I do, I am well aware of Hoffer's work.
