I have, on quite a few occasions actually and it was really scary too. When I was three years old the rescue squad took me away because I was having a bad seziure. I also broke my toe when I was a kid by dropping one of my brother's dumbells on top of it and slamming my head into the coffee table, but luckily I never had to go to the hospital for either of those incidents.

When I was 13 I broke my arm wrestling with my brother. Went to the ER at about 8pm Saturday night. I didn't lose consciousness so was a pretty low priority, especially with all the drunks coming in that night. Had an X-Ray taken at about 2am, then a plaster cast at 5am and was discharged not long after. Not scary for me, but pretty boring.

Actually, there was a time when I was 8 that I fell off the second level in our house onto slate and lost consciousness. So far that's my only ambulance ride.

I've only gone because I'm poor and uninsured and they can't refuse you if you have no money. You just either have to apply for financial assistance afterwards, or you're stuck with a very large bill that you can pay off gradually.

Ouch! That's really too bad about your arm, my brother broke his leg one time and I'm really glad that you're alright after that long fall that you had. God was definitely on your side.
