I am.
Measure your waist.
With your fingers, find the upper location of your hips to the lower location of your ribs.
The soft fleshy area in between is your waist.
Generally speaking, it's around the belly button.
With a measuring tape, start at the belly button and take a deep breath and exhale softly
Do not press hard against the body.
That will be your waist measurement.
From there, you can figure out how much you got to lose.

How about some stats?
You get us all worried and then you just disappear?

Did you know that in middle age, you're SUPPOSED to gain some weight around the middle.

I know I, for one, am doing my best!!

I'm in perfect shape: a sphere.

What's BMI?
Body Mass Index?

If somebody's fat, we don't need a BMI,
it's readily visible to all.
I don't get it....
Not always, and just because some one isn't fat doesn't mean they won't have heart problems. Mil is like that.

EXACTLY !
So what's the use?
Because in general those who are obese also are diabetic, and have heart problems and high blood pressure.it's not a perfect scale as body builders will throw that off as muscles weight more then fat.

I guess so, people usually tell me that I have gain weight. I am still in the process of losing some belly fats and have a toned muscle.

Who, me? I have lost in all respects except my waist. I'm down yo 160 from 190 and have gained two inches in girth that I thought t never see. Everybody wants me to gain weight, but I don't need that to carry around with me, I can barely get out of bed now!

You're right Bill,
Extra weight is not good. It puts a strain on the body, is bad for the heart, and, like you said, who needs that to carry around?
Better to be too thin than too fat.
Of course, I'm JUST PERFECT!!!
LOL
