Aren't these witchcraft practices?

Deputies say they found a red Toyota pick-up truck and went inside the church.

According to the offense report, deputies found Crystal Rowland, 24, behind the altar.

Rowland was taken into custody. She told deputies that Matthew Pearce, 28, was still inside.

Deputies found him underneath the church, partially dressed.

Red tea candles were also collected from the church. Deputies say there was splattered red wax all over the altar.

"I don't know what has become of the people [that] somebody would just do something like that in a church," said Altman.

Altman has been the deacon of the church for more than 40 years.

"I was shocked," he added.

When asked why they decided to have sex inside the church, police say Rowland told them she wanted a “spiritual and sexual experience.â€Â

MACCLENNY, Fla. -- Baker County deputies investigating a report of a suspicious person at North Prong Cemetery Church found a woman inside and a man hiding under the church. They told investigators they broke in so they could have sex on the altar.

Arriving deputies said they found the door of the church on county Road 210 busted out and undergarments scattered on the floor. They found Crystal Ann Rowland, 24, hiding behind the pulpit and Matthew Thomas Pearce, 28, hiding in the crawl space under the church.

Pearce told deputies that he had Rowland were drinking when she told him she wanted a "spiritual and sexual experience." Deputies said Rowland broke into the little-used church located next to the North Prong Cemetery near Sanderson.
The church was next door to a cemetary, the couple has splattered red candle
wax on the altar, they said they wanted sex, specifically, on the altar.
Isnt' this witchcraft?? Or, something real, real similar?

Yep, there are dedicated children of Satan, and then there are mickey-mouses, who study the craft from magazines purchased at the local newsagent.

It doesn't make much difference, there is witchcraft in most churches, but it's so subtle they don't even see it.

I took these pics a few years ago. When I inquired I was told it was simply a mistake, that the carpenters didn't realize their error. Yet, that building's been there for a number of years and no effort to rectify the "error" has ever been pursued.


At first glance all looks fine.

Until you take a closer look at the top window.
Notice the one on the ground floor in the first pic.

The foundation is the same regardless of the houses built upon it. Opposition to cross.
Symbology is used in many areas of belief whether it's Christian or Satanic. And those symbols remind us of what the symbol represents so when these things show themselves then it's in support or insinuation of what the symbols are based upon. Call these things superstition or whatnot but those of past generations put a lot of stock in their use. Maybe our fading memory or reluctance to acknowledge prior customs is but one of our enemies. Forgetfulness usually is.

Every adherent of every religion believes their particular belief system is "Godly", by definition.

I forgot the "the".

From the phrase "The power of Satan and opposition to the cross", usually used when describing a symbol or ritual.

Witchcraft opposes God. There's scripture that has been posted earlier in this thread concerning witchcraft and/or sorcery.

In any case though, that still has nothing to do with Witchcraft, since we don't consider ourselves in "opposition" to your cross. Your cross is essentially meaningless to us. We certainly wouldn't desecrate the places of worship of another faith.

No it's much more likely that this pair had been watching too many low budget late night movies.

An unbeliever is an unbeliever. Witchcraft doesn't support Christ. Witchcraft doesn't glorify God. And witchcraft doesn't teach repentance from sin and acknowledgment of the wrath of God.
