I personally have a history for great names. Should it serve them or me?
I had two flying creatures known as parakeets; what to name them? Bird 1 & Bird 2.
Next came a defiant & sneaky animal I named Buddy, but I called him Cat at times.
Then there was an offensively growly fluffy Chow I named DOG. Do you see the logic? DOG - DOG - DOG! Here!
Wait. we're talking of a human blessing; not some dumb beast.
Let's examine this closely. God called the first human Man, and actually in God's image. Can't get much better than that.
But now you have a man child also known as a BOY. Think of it: BOY, get back in there and make that bed! BOY, did you make this mess? No way BOY !!!, for the last time you ain't using my car.
Then in later years you may have his name changed to Man so that you can say "MAN O MAN," didn't I just say no yesterday? I'm not cosigning for you to purchase a Corvette TODAY, TOMORROW, or FOREVER. Uh, am I getting high blood pressure?

You may want to stay away from Eugene's advice on names. I mean he's got some good ones, but I doubt the kid will appreciate it few years down the road..

I agree wholeheartedy with Eugene.
I call my cat, CAT.

This method will not work for your baby boy, as using Eugene's example will tend to cause
much strife - and we want to avoid strife in family situations!

I have much faith that not only will you think up the perfect name for him,
but also many other cute and cuddly names with which he'll grow in the strength
and love of his mother and father.
