I feel so bad for that baby, other kids will tease him. Kids can be real cruel, really really badly cruel.

Born without a nose, nasal passage or sinus cavities, is a tough call. There is no operation to fix that, now they can make sinus passages, but sinus cavities they can't yet and to make them function normal, we aren't that good yet.

Even if they can't make complete function I hope for the little guy they can fix him so he is not bullied ...

it is possible to be made a plastic surgery, but the boy maybe will first have to grow, or if his parents find good enough plastic surgeons who are able to do it even while he is still so young, and at the same time there is no such good thing that is impossible to God the Father and Jesus, may They help
