Why should MPs mention God and Jesus in the prayer when they don't give a flying turd about God or Jesus. How long have they been mentioning God and Jesus in the prayer and not caring about anything but themselves and their paychecks for.

Because watching other countries do it and seeing the moral decline is enough reason to keep it, unless they are unreasonable to begin with.
In which case, why are they in power?
Could it be that it is another sign of the end?

Politicians using Jesus name in prayer then placing a big turd on the nation and people. The establishment and politicians do not represent Jesus so they should take his name away.
Then they should also change the name of the city Christchurch.
Where does it end?
In hell for everyone?

This is not the sign of end times, but only that of what has always been in the world from the beginning established through Cain and will just wax worse as it has become a global thing now than an isolated region.

There's power in the name of Jesus.
Let someone speak with that power and things will begin to change.

2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Not so much end times, but what has always been that leads up to the end of days that will cause Gods mighty wrath to be poured out on those who have rejected Christ, but in hope that they will return back to Him as God's longsuffering and patience will soon come to an end and that He would that none should perish.

When has any establishment followed Jesus code of conduct. He has a few basics like don't lie and dont be a hypocrite, don't sell out the poor to favor the wealthy, and dont gossip and give false witness.

Thats about everything you do see in politics.
