There were indeed some rough players and clubs that played against Barça Hehe!

FOULS:

Real Madrid and Sporting de Gijon had the most fouls. Each of the clubs had 41 fouls against Barça. Real Madrid had an overall of 41 fouls against Barça's 24 fouls. At Madrid Stadium, Santiago Bernabéu, Real Madrid had 21 fouls against FCB, and 20 fouls at Camp Nou. While Barça had 11 fouls at HOME and 13 AWAY at Santiago Bernabéu. (A total of 24 fouls). Real Madrid also had 8 cards in all, 4 at Camp Nou and 4 away. Barça had 5 yellow cards, 2 at HOME and 3 at Santiago Bernabéu. None of the clubs had red cards when they met. Congrats!!!

Sporting de Gijon had 22 fouls at Camp Nou and 19 at their own HOME, El Madrigal. This is a total of 41 fouls, also. They had 9 cards, 2 at Camp Nou and 7 at their own HOME (2 yellow cards and 7 yellow cards respectively). Barça managed 19 fouls, 12 at HOME and 7 AWAY; with 7 yellow cards, 5 at Home and 2 AWAY (7 yellow cards, and 1 red card at HOME). In spite of playing a total of 10 men Barça won by 3:1.

CARDS:

Granada has the most cards: 16 cards; 7 yellow cards @ HOME, Los Cármenes and 7 AWAY and 2 red cards @ their HOME.

Barça played 5 Liga matches in all without a single card. This is a good record.

Barça didn't get a card at:

*Against Real Sociedad @Camp Nou
*Against Valencia @Camp Nou
*Against Racing Santander at Camp Nou and at Santander's HOME
*Against Malaga, @ Malaga HOME.

There was no match other clubs played against Barça that each of these clubs didn't get at least (1 card either away or @ Camp Nou or....at least 3 cards both HOME and AWAY)

Malaga isn't a Taekwando club

Malaga had only 24 fouls, 12 @ HOME and 12 AWAY; 3 cards (yellow cards), 2 @ Camp Nou and 1 at their own Stadium.

However, They could only score 2 goals against Barça, one for each competition. And for each game Barça scored 4 goals against Them, 8 in all

Barça had the most fouls against Zaragoza. 32 fouls!!

8 yellow cards (4 cards at each venue) and 1 red card (@ HOMEagainst Granada

In all Barça had 4 red cards and about 79 yellow cards. (remember 2 yellow cards against the same player is equal to a red card)

Messi 50 goals in La Liga makes him the winner of the Pichichi Award. Only 6 clubs (the collective goals of the squads of six different clubs) scored above the single individual, Leo Messi.

The clubs that had above 50 goals over Messi include:

1. Real Madrid 114 Goals
2. Valencia 59 Goals
3. Malaga 54 Goals
4. Levante 54 Goals
5. Atletico Madrid 53 Goals
6. Rayo Vallecano 53 Goals

The other 8 clubs...each of these clubs scored below 50 goals - while a single individual out-scored 8 clubs :confused

Spanish League Round Up – The Final Weekend

05/14/2012 09:00
The final weekend of the 2011/12 season provided excitement and drama right up to the final whistle, with Villarreal and Sporting going down and Malaga, Levante and Atletico Madrid making the European spots.

Rayo and Zaragoza escape the drop

ultjorn.v1336995125.jpg

Betis-FC Barcelona

With 88 minutes on the clock, Rayo Vallecano were a second division team, with Villarreal drawing at home to Atletico Madrid, Zaragoza winning in Getafe and Granada holding on for the goalless draw. Then Atletico’s Europa League hero Ramon Falcao stunned the Villarreal crowd with his 24th goal of the campaign, Lotina’s team were still safe though, just as long as Rayo didn’t win. On 92 minutes, Rayo got a corner, even their keeper was in the box and the ball hit the woodwork, then fell to Raul Tamudo who scored the most important of his nine goals for Rayo this season: Rayo 1- Granada 0! Rayo were safe andVillarreal were down. Lotina’s team – who began the season in the Champions League – paid the price for a troubled campaign, with three managers, and ended third from bottom on 41 points, one behind Granada and two off Zaragoza and Rayo. Sporting are the other team going down, on 37 points.

Villarreal’s fall from grace

It’s been a remarkable escape act from Zaragoza, who finally got out of the bottom three on the last day of the season thanks to two goals from Apoño and HelderPostiga that gave them the third of the twenty-eight points they’ve taken since January to beat Getafe, who ended the game with 8 men. Equally remarkable has been Villarreal’s fall from grace this season after 10 years in the top flight and their boss Miguel Angel Lotina was left to reflect: “it’s hard to explain what has happened. We had the chance to be safe last week and conceded late and the same thing happened tonight. Football has been unfair to Villarrealâ€.

Malaga in the Champions League

Malaga took the fourth Champions League place by beating Sporting 1-0 thanks to Roldan’s 11th goal of the campaign, whilst Levante’s 3-0 win over Athletic Bilbao gave them sixth spot and the chance for an historic European debut next season and Atletico Madrid’swin means they will be able to defend their Europa League title next year. Osasuna just missed out, ending in seventh on 54 points, one behind Levante after beating already relegated Racing2-4 – the first time they’ve managed more than three goals all season. Madrid finish on 100 points

Mallorca finished eighth on 52 points after losing 4-1 at the Bernabeu, as Real Madrid took their points total to a record 100 and made it 121 goals this season– 46 of them from Cristiano Ronaldo, who ended up four behind Leo Messi – and 43 from their two other strikers, Benzema(21) and Higuain(22).

The 15 Titles

Handball

Copa Asobal, Lliga Pirineus

Futsal

Copa del Rei, Spanish Cup, UEFA Futsal

League

The football team, the women’s side and the Club’s four professional sections have once again lifted the Club into the sporting elite with 15 titles already won after Friday night’s Spanish Cup win in the Vicente Calderon and with the first ever league title for the women’s team.

There are still titles to be played for though – with four more up for grabs, which would set a newClub record if they are won.

Four titles for Guardiola’s team

Guardiola’s men finished the season with four titles to their name, starting with the Spanish Super Cup win over Real Madrid and then following that up by beating Porto in the European Super Cup. In December they wonthe World Club Cup for the second time and last Friday they rounded off Guardiola’s fantastic time in charge with the Spanish Cup.

Roller Hockey team just miss out on fourth title

Gaby Cairo’s first season in charge of the roller hockey team ended with three titles – the Spanish League, Cup and Super Cup, whilst they lost the final of the European League on Sunday to Liceo.

Basketball, Handball and Futsal teams fighting for league titles

The three other professional sections are all in with a chance of taking their respective leagues, with the handball team closest to the title, something they could win this Saturday evening if they beat Torrevella atthe Palau Blaugrana to add to the Copa Asobal and Lliga Pirineus won earlier in the season.

Marc Carmona’s Futsal team couldalso round off a great season with the league title after taking the Spanish Cup and Copa del Rey, as well as their first ever UEFA Futsal title.

Barça Regal have already won the Spanish Super Cup and the Catalan League and they could make up for their defeats in the Euroleague and Spanish Cups by taking the Spanish League, where they are currently 1-1 with Valencia in the semi final of the play offs.

Historic title for Women’s team

The Club’s Women’s team, coached by Xavi Llorens, wrote a new page in FC Barcelona’s history this weekend, when they won the Spanish League for the first ever time and they have the chance to round off a fantastic season by doing the double if they can retain their Spanish Cup title.

Tot el camp

és un clam

som la gent blaugrana

Tant se val d'on venim

si del sud o del nord

ara estem d'acord, ara estem d'acord,

una bandera ens agermana.

Blaugrana al vent

un crit valent

tenim un nom el sap tothom:

Barça, Barça, Baaarça!

Jugadors, seguidors,

tots units fem força.

Son molt anys plens d'afanys,

son molts gols que hem cridat

i s'ha demostrat, i s'ha demostrat,

que mai ningu no ens podrà torcer.

El cant del Barça

The whole stadium

Roars with one voice,

We all wear blue and scarlet;

Wherever we are from,

From the south or from the north,

Now we all agree, we all agree,

One flag seals our brotherhood:

Blue and scarlet in the wind,

Our cry is bold,

We have a name,

That everyone knows:

Barça, Barça, Barça!

Players,

Supporters,

Together we are strong;

And after many years of struggle,

And many goals we’ve cheered,

We’ve shown them all, we’ve shown them all,

That we can never be defeated:

Blue and scarlet in the wind,

Our cry is bold,

We have a name,

That everyone knows:

Barça, Barça, Barça!

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

Psalm 23 - He Restores our Soul

The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil; for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me. Thou dost prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; Thou hast anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows. Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, And I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Exodus 33:14 - Jesus is with us

And He said, "My presence shall gowith you, and I will give you rest."

Matthew 11:28-30 - Give your burdens to Jesus

"Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. "Take My yoke upon you,and learn from Me, for I am gentleand humble in heart; and you shall find rest for your souls. "For My yoke is easy, and My load is light."

Psalm 37:7 - Patience

Rest in the LORD and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who carries out wicked schemes.

John 14:27 - No Fear

"Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.

John 16:33 - Jesus has overcome the world already

"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world."

C-Dog! The email address you left when you registered was incorrect. We'll deal with that later. This is the email I tried to send you. You have 2 days!!!

God bless you, brother!

Brother, I'm going to have to kindly insist that you clean out your In-Box, and I'm not talking about just a few. You need to delete at least 1/2 of your saved messages in your In-Box. We must be able to communicate with you privately if we need to. You've left us no choice. I'm afraid you will have 2 days to delete 1/2 of your saved messages, or we will be forced to do it ourselves. I'm sure you'd rather decide which ones you can do without, rather than us.

We cannot view your privates messages, so this would mean carpet-bombing it. LOL There simply is no reason that I can imagine for you to need ~300 PM's. If they are timeless to you, you will need to copy/paste them to another application (Microsoft Word or Notebook, for example).

Classic, come on, now. I've run into difficulty myself getting a PM through to you once in a while because it was full. You complained that these were like your "babies" and very reluctantly deleted a few. We're insisting on half of them, because you (Mr. PM Man) will clog it all up very quickly if not. Please make this one of your first orders of business when you are on-line next or you'll soon be on a TV show about "horders" with a half-empty In-Box.

Make it happen!! All His Blessings to you!

It is possible to Download copies of your PM's to text file and save them if you want before deleting. I do this and then clear it, I have a copy of every PM I've ever sent or received on CF.net.

Thought: Also, I believe there is a setting that can be changed where staff can contact users if their PM is full and if their PM is disabled. Possible to also set up a notification announcement for when users reach a certain percentage of their PM Quota filled, so they know without email or PM
