I don't know what to make of it. It seems...to have its finger on the fading pulse of mainline Protestantism, basically.

the RCC publications are sometimes intellectual, and they write of miracles. The Pentecostal mags...whoa. all about some faith and miracles. Christianity Today? Not so much. :-(

what do y'all think of CT?

I think we live in a world that gets darker by the day. But God still has His people. I would love to see a revival. We have to make it happen. Somebody has to stand up and start a revival.

Christianity today has been nick-picked, analyzed, scrutinized and torn apart under a microscope of various definitions that IMO makes Jesus sit and shake His head as many try to explain it all.

A revival starts with ones own self coming out of their comfort zone not being ashamed to take the Gospel message out to others according to what is already written. Christian is suppose to mean Christ-like and if we are truly walking in the Spirit then let us bring forth that which is taught by the Holy Spirit in simplicity as it all boils down in having a personal relationship with Christ.

The power of the Gospel is in its simplicity! There is a Scriptural principle that God made things simple and straightforward, whereas man messes it all up. April's signature speaks to this, rather well.

Let's not be like that ...

Christianity Today is a reporting magazine on Christianity.
What ever they see and hear Christianity as it is today, they report what they find.
If you don't like what they are reporting, then the problem is with the people calling themselves Christians, not the magazine.
