Have a pastor come up with a service ,post it for a specific time period , say 12 hours so everyone would have a chance to participate when they were able . If done in a spirit of unity I think Jesus would be happy . This just a rough idea .

Where does the communion come in with the bread and the wine?

Funny Thing....You do not need a pastor to take a meal. Communion should be a regular event with every single Christian. A few examples....before you offer your tithers.....dealing with something and need wisdom and direction from God. Just as a thank you and dwell in praise and worship as well.
One question though...........are we not to have forgiven any aught against others ? I do see way to many in here with grudges and anger against others....
