Dairy Problem and veg.

Yeah, I used to believe a lot of that stuff, too. I actually learned that for a lot of people, it is not "those foods" we can't eat, but usually ONE food that we insist on eating that often causes all of the trouble we attribute to many other things.
I did not quite have it this bad , till in Dec. my husband and I moved in with our son and daughter in law and there 8 eight, children.
My husband was not able to move to much and did not want to go to the hospital.
Well, in June he passed away. ............ I was not expecting this , of course all the signs were there., but I did not see them.
Any way......... My daughter in law had to learn what I could not have,........that took time.
And finally , it seemed like she would just cook for me.......... until , again it started! Then one day I noticed she was not putting
the food in the fridge over night it sat.... no one had trouble even my husband, just me !
Every one can handle it !
And now the pills I take after stop it till the next day, and it all returns......... am I ever ? sigh.........................!
She does not do it for me any more! . .......

I think you started to ask if you are ever going to be free of this. The answer is "No", it is only going to get worse if what you are doing now isn't working, and all you are doing is simply taking more pills that aren't working.
My nutritionist says that pills don't "cure" us... they just hide the fact that we are slowly killing ourselves.

Avoid the food giving the problem.
What I really learned. If a mental / emotional / social thought / discussion comes up that will get me upset ---- I flee to the inner man for help. I thought on things that would upset me for years. I am sure God was speaking to me, but it took foods to get through my thick skull.
While foods seem super important to our physical life, it is our spiritual well being that is of eternal importance.
Mega doses of IP224 work wonders.

I have just been taking more , so I can go shopping with my daughter in law! The only way I can pay to help the family out
in buying grocery's. With 8 children , the food runs out in a day or two........... comparing to a family of 5 !
I am learning more and more..

I wind up like the lady with the issue of blood. Doctors get money.
I eat a lot of sweet potatoes, corn grits, eggs do not bother me, beef is not my friend just now (tick bites can cause beef allergy). No bread and MSG has the potential to get me arrested.
I work on not being anxious about the food thing.

It's really not easy to control myself from the food I like but not healthy for me. What I did is pray God to control my thoughts first and then put myself into business instead of thinking the food I'd like to buy or eat.
