Cool story about how God answers prayer:
At our church in the US a basketball player Damien got saved. He became a very devout Christian and was a pretty good looking young man. Our pastor told us that Damien was praying to find a wife. At that time there were many good looking Christian ladies at our church.
But after a year Damien was still single and wasn’t dating anyone. All of a sudden he told me and my friend that he’s going to marry Michelle. I’m not putting Michelle down, but it looked like she might not get married. She was very plump, short, wore glasses, she never ministered at the church; she rarely came to fellowships and was always silent when she was there. It was interesting. How did he notice her?
She told us her secret: she prayed for him to be husband every day for 1 year. They did get married and became a lovely and loving couple. I’m very happy for them.
