Why would ghosts want to live in old abandoned buildings. I don't believe it. Surely they would prefer a big screen TV and comfortable lounge chair.
Try seeing ghost images of a torn down building in broad daylight.

Do you believe in ghosts?. What do you think a ghost is?
I'm stating what I have seen and felt .the building one was the strangest, didn't expect that .most of the time I havent been hatred on the job .the worst was the haunted church ,that I quelled.the others unless the dwellers want it or I'm harassed I leave alone. I dont hunt demons abd go into their hoods to start trouble .

I'm sorry, but that's an oxymoron since ghosts aren't alive. :lol

Vibrations can work with out being noticed. It's all a matter of frequency. And for whatever reason most buildings seem to have a resonant frequency the same frequency of people walking. IOW walking in the kitchen can resonate in the living room and cause the walls to vibrate enough to eventually knock a picture down.

Tesla worked extensively with frequency. Even a slow moving motor providing a specific tap on a wall almost destroyed his 4 story building. (It didn't even tap hard) His experiment only lasted 3 weeks before the building began to fly apart.

Railroad Bridge engineers pay especially close to this. Mis-aligned rails and boxcars can provide damaging rythms to a bridge in a hurry with a lot more energy behind them.

So many trains have speed minimums and maximums across bridges to avoid the resonant frequency.

Production line chains that haul manufacturing process parts cause me no end of greif. But we have work-arounds that keeps things bolted down tight... except for fans. When their bearings go it can be a nightmare. But we can replace them.

So...yes, you knocked the picture down.

A night photo of it,it's nothing bad .my dlsr will create a halo in night images.

All I know is that I wouldn't want to even be in a building that is supposedly haunted! :nonono For last night before I went to bed I had even more creepier things happen to me although I understood them. First a spider dangled down from his or her web and frightened the pants off of me, and then I heard something, (I believe it was a mouse) scampering a crossed the ceiling above me! :shock So yeah, although I'm pretty sure that I don't live in a haunted house, it felt like I did last night! :mouthdrop

Think of frequency as a rythm... like the beat of a song.
Some rythms can make the whole house shake and fly apart.

Ummm,.. okay,.. I think I got it now. For real this time lol! And that means that everything is awesome! :lol

This didn't happen to me but it was close enough to peak my interest.

About 25 years ago I was single and renting the lower portion of a country home. I lived there for about a year before I got married and moved to my current home. A few years later, a coworker was telling me about a home he bought and it turned out to be the same home I was living in. He was telling about a couple explainable things that happened.

One day he and his wife were standing in the lower level (where I was living) talking. His wife had been using their vacuum cleaner and had shut it off but it was still sitting on the carpet in the middle of the room. At one point while there were talking, the cleaner suddenly turned on for no explainable reason and then shut itself off again after a few seconds. He said they were both speechless.

A few nights later they had gone down to the lower level to watch some television. Suddenly he noticed the stairwell light was on and he distinctly remembered shutting all the lights off upstairs. He went upstairs and there was nobody there but the light was controlled by a pull cord and it was swinging at least about a 12" circle and then settled within a few seconds. There were no open windows since this was in the winter. He said when he tried swinging the string, it only took a few seconds for it to settle, much quicker than the time it took for him to walk upstairs to see who was there and then notice the string the first time. The last I asked about it he said it never happened again and he still can't explain it.

I'm sorry, I meant to respond to this earlier but I've been a bit busy. Anyways, was that house bulldozed by any chance? Oh and this is for everyone who didn't get my previous joke. :lol
