Thank you all for your insight.
My brother used to drive a cab in Manhattan (NYC) and he was a NEW! born-again Christian. He became very good at witnessing and noticing how with different persons. He'd joke a lot too. I can't do this joking thing. I have my method just like you'll have yours.

I also encourage you to continue. If you didn't, how would you reply to God's calling??

What I tell persons makes them think. That's all you could do.
Remember this and don't get discouraged. (well, you already know it, but I'll post it anyway)
One plants
One waters
One grows
And one will get to see the results...

Our personal testimonies are our greatest witness of Christ as we testify of Him. Not everyone's is the same, but that of our own experience that might reach out to another going through what you have that brought you to Christ revealing Himself to us. Speak in simplistic words of Gods mercy, grace and faith. Those we speak to that are questioning are like little children that have no knowledge. They need the milk of the word before they can chew on the meat. A baby has to learn to crawl first before they can walk and this is the stage they are at when questioning if Christ is real or not. I always try to share he book of John as this teaches who Christ is and who He is in us. Put yourself in their shoes,as we were there at one time, and listen to what they are saying and take that and slowly build upon it. Put it in your mind you are talking to a little child and how you would tell them about Christ.

Something to think about that might help. :)

Yes, but what MAKES YOU believe?
Maybe I should start a thread on this??

Thanks. I'll try.

I'll answer in that thread. Thanks Wondering.

Objective isn't enough. They seem to want something repeatable, so to test it. But yes I get what your saying. Any ideas on how to invite them to seek God before they know He's real? I believe that if I can find God, so can anyone else. I also wonder with two verses. One that Jesus says "seek and you will find." The other Jesus warns His disciples that Jesus's message isn't for the world, because the world isn't looking for Him. Based on these I wonder if just by seeking God, He will open up ways for people to find Him.

So any way to get through the hurdles of not finding God because of being unwilling to accept Him or look for Him is one of the goals I had. Any suggestions that can be put to use to reach the "objective proof" skeptic.
Perhaps first you will need to address the problems that post-modernism has caused when it comes to the idea of Truth. To most people these days, truth is relative, it's whatever you believe it to be--"You have your truth and I have my truth." Showing that truth is absolute, that it exists as something outside of us, and that it isn't determined by emotion (Google "post-truth"), can go a long way to building your case. As far as society thinks in general, there is no reason for anyone to believe anything regarding spiritual claims to truth because they believe truth is relative (no one actually lives consistently that way; they can't).

Then perhaps move on to discussing the idea that the seriousness of the claims of Christianity (lay them out) are such that they not only invite investigation but demand it. And not in a simple, half-hearted, casual way, but as though one's life depended on it (because it does). If they do want to just casually dismiss the claims of Christianity without any serious inquiry, then find out the reason (it had better be good). Gently press them on why they think the serious claims of Christianity can be so casually dismissed.

Keep in mind that one of the hardest things to do is change one's worldview. Human nature causes us to resist ideas that go against what we believe or that cause us distress.

I don't know. Just throwing some ideas out there.
