In that case it implies their prayers are not answered at all even when they ask for other things?
 
Neymar scored 2 goals and Oscar made it 3 for Brazil. No idea why Alves would have to score an "own goal"..which was the first goal
 
I did play soccer today myself (a little 2 vs 2 soccer tournament among friends) and Iscored two goals. Unfortunately one of them was an own goal. Oh well.

Dude, chill. It's about soccer. It's fun. It's no apocalyptic battle or so. :lol
People don't normally get killed in the stands during a soccer match.
Besides I know of many christian groups and organisations that are using this event to preach the gospel. For example, my church is hosting public viewing parties for the games of the German team (hoping people will bring non-christian friends to the parties), and there will be a short christian input before the games. We did a similar thing during the 2006 world cup and it was awesome. That was before I catually became christian. Seeing that churches can have so much fun certainly helped winning my soul for God.
