sigh I will bite. why then do most Jews that I know that are saved never mention the idea of isreal's return that lead them to believe in God?
How come most jews that I know never mentioned the prophecy of any return is what got them saved. I know a lot and some of them are futurists and when they give their story its I was a mess or I realized I was a sinner and repented.

God has no use for isreal to lead the world to him. that is the Holy spirits job via the church. a saved Hebrew is part of the church not isreal. we are in Christ not isreal.its One faith, one body and one baptism. a saved Jew whether or not and contrary to messianic jews(which are mostly gentiles ) teaching cant be fully under the law. they cant offer sin offerings per the old way and expect god to honor it. he did away with that in ad 70 and really even earlier the cross. if the blood of animals cleanses again that makes God cruel and a liar for telling the world to believe in the Son whom died for them sinners only to then change his mind.

But the gentile is adopted, grafted in. Considering Jesus as the Vine, we are grafted into Him but Jews are the true (for lack of a better word) branches.
And I don't think you can mix the covenants of law and grace. The law used for what it is intend for is good. But the new covenant is grace.
Thus my confession about what appears to me (by literal interpretation) blood sacrifices.

When one is adopted in are they still a gentile?

As Paul said, there is no longer a difference between Jew and Gentile.

Just as I posted this I got this really unusaual thought, sometimes I just get them sorry. Would never repeat as doctrine in anyway.

But no difference between Jew and Gentile, something new, new creature in Christ, under the new covenant.

I am going to ask you what that means to you... I agree ...this is what it means to me

The division is gone it is gone in Christ. I believe it is gone across the board.... Those OT folks who were looking to Christ are saved as those of us today who are looking to Christ...
IMO it melds the line of who is Israel to those looking to Christ.

When we say 'Jew' who are we speaking of... Abraham? Noah? Enoch? Did the Israelite Children replace them? I say no, The people of God continue under differ names or titles.. We/they are the children of God correct?

My personal thoughts ....

then tell why it says Abraham circumcised Ishmeal and all his house when God told him to circumcise all males. in jewish thought this found done in like manner by noah. its continued in the gospel by a believing jew and in acts 16.if the seed of Abraham was a blood line only why then were his slaves whom had no right to his "house" then made to follow the commands or die?

Paul and Peter did not compel circumcision.

the idea of house their budy. when we get saved. we through our faithfulness if we are true to god will be used by God to reach the lost in our family. that is what is meant by that. its. so the GOD of the Torah didn't care for poor gentiles in isreal? he didn't care to save them assyrians via Jonah? if you believe not then why do you bother with God. God came to redeem gentiles and was going to use isreal first but the Hebrew was taught first by a gentile! even my dad says this and he doesn't believe. I can show you where even in the Talmud it says that.

Zionism has no place in the chuch when it comes to a lens to view the bible. sorry call me anti-Semite

Most people think that the meaning of gentile in scripture is anyone that is not a Jew,however that is incorrect, should one get the true definition, understanding will follow..................

Though the word gentiles and the word heathen are used many times in the Bible, we must face the facts that there are no Hebrew or Greek words that would demand this translation.

If the reader will consult a good dictionary, you will find that the word gentile is derived from the Latin word gentilis and properly understood means non-something. As used by a Yahudi or an Israelite it would mean non-Yahudim or non-Israelite. But they are not the only people who have a right to use the word.
For instance, suppose a Buddhist priest spoke Latin and he wanted to refer to the nations that were not Buddhist, he could call them gentilis. In Hebrew and Greek, there is not an exact equivalent to the Latin word gentilis or the English word gentile, nevertheless, if this same priest spoke Hebrew and Greek along with his Latin and wanted to refer to the nations that were not Buddhist, he would call them goyim if speaking Hebrew and ethne if speaking Greek and each time he would naturally include the Yahudim and Israelite people. Likewise a Moslem priest could use the three languages and refer to the Yahudim and Israelites as gentilis, goyim and ethne.

One important thing to always keep in mind is that goi and ethnos are collective nouns and cannot properly be translated to mean an individual person. They always refer to a group. There is no such thing as A GENTILE; it is always plural. Gentiles in its plural sense may at times be used to translate goi and ethnos but its use gives an added thought not intended in the original word which cannot in every case be justified.

Good study

Let me put this as simple as scripture does...All in Christ have inherited the promises God made to Abraham. You will find that simple verse in the New Testament. Galatians chapter 3. All believing Gentiles are "grafted" into Israel. Romans chapter 11. I don't know how much more simple one can put it... The only Israel God is concerned with is the true Israel which consists of those who worship the Messiah Yeshua not that Zionist modern state of Israel which is made up of mostly people who less genetically related to Abraham than the Palestinians that they are taking land from.

Actually Paul in 1 Corinthians 10.32 acknowledges the existence of Jew, Gentile and church of God as three distinct entities. I understand the grating in of Israel spoken of in the middle chapters of Romans as referring to events after the Rapture.

How many times do you believe He is coming back?

I will ask you again as a I did a year or so back Who is an Israelite?

There are stages of His coming for a heavenly people and an earthly one.

The church is not Israel. Where Paul speaks of 'a Jew inwardly' (Romans 2.29), the term is strictly distinct from idea of a future, restored Israel.

Your answer is not clear... I did not ask who Israel was not but who they are?

You dodged a year ago also... I must let this go cant get to involved :sad .. thanks farouk

ok then I will bite. I am of isreal, a jew and I can also point you to men who know their tribe. a levite, so he being saved like me isn't part of isreal?in jewish thought theres not a big separation of spiritual and physical. there is an isreal in heaven,. woops. I wish these futurists would read the Talmud see where it does line up.even jews don't think the earth and the eretz isreal will be forever
.by this I mean that theres no concept of redeemed men on the earth without the eternality with YHWH.all jews in the end of the earth will live in heaven forever with YHWH.

Nobody today can know their tribe; the genealogies were destroyed along with the temple. Any tribal affiliation today is a matter of faith. Irony.
