Please, if you feel like it, keep my family+me up in prayer. I'm blessed to have them. I'm...not sleeping well, took my as-needed/PRN meds, and...yeah. I'm simmering down now, listening to my music, etc., but...I scared my parents, big time. I'm --not-- the least bit angry, violent, or any of that, just...going thru it, you know?

Again, thanks for the ongoing prayers+support. :)

Praying for you all my friend. Have you been taking your medication as prescribed or waiting until you feel you need them? That can produce disastrous results for some. Do you possibly keep a log of events that occur so as to receive the best counsel from your doctors. In other words what triggered the episode, etc?
God bless you in Jesus' name. :)

thanks so much, Eugene. I have daily meds and 2 as-needed/PRN things. Its hard to gauge when to take the as-needed stuff. Clearly, the as-needed stuff is --necessary-- in my life.

Thanks again. :)

I'm having a rough week as well. I don't sleep well. I went off my meds a few months ago thinking that being retired I'd have less stress. I see the doc next week. I'll probably have to get back on the medication. It's like I'm bi-polar. One minute I'm fine and the next I'm anxious. I have to talk myself down. I'll be praying for you. It sounds like my struggles are mild compared to what you face. God bless you and keep looking up (to HIM!).

I'm doing --much-- better now. Turns out...tranquilizers can be a --very-- good thing. its not all about control and shutting people up. there are definitely --good-- people in mental health, too. I'm thankful for my counselor, that's for sure.

Bipolar I w/psychotic features. Not fun and games, not amusing. Really difficult at times...but manageable, Praise God!

OK. Thanks for the prayers and support. :)
