hi. i don't, not right off the top of my head, sorry. I think if you review the Terms of Service (ToS), there are some rules on how many posts one must have before one can post such material here....or, there were before the ToS was last updated. So...yeah...I'm not really sure, sorry.

Anyway...I"m glad you're here at CFnet, and I hope you enjoy your time here. Once you've amassed enough posts, I look forward to seeing the material you're talking about. :)

anyone know of a forum where I can post & upload documents?
I have a Bible study that is long & in-depth I would like to share.

Thank you
Welcome,

Where we are very interested in people sharing what they have learned and exchanging ideas we are more concerned about having relationship and community with each other.
We aren't a closed off group unwelcoming of new members in the slightest...quite the opposite.
But we aren't really going to listen to someone we don't know. We don't know you yet.
Who are you?
Where do you come from?
What hobbies do you have?
What other interests do you have?
What kind of personality do you have?
Do you have any struggles?

All kinds of things that take time to know.

Hi Mark! Good to have you aboard. You'll find a lot of mature Christians here, each with a very unique perspective. The most in-depth teaching God has given me is on the Breastplate of Righteousness; I haven't attempted to share it here because it's so in-depth and includes so many details.

We have a couple sections with really interesting threads in terms of sharing what God has revealed to us ...

Ray

I am not much of a blogger so I guess I will not amassed enough posts.

It is really sad that God’s word is under persecution (Restrictions).

I’ve been running an adult Bible study for about 30 years. I put them together into a manuscript which I would like to share with people. However I’ve discovered several roadblocks preventing this endeavor.

First my original Bible software “Bible library 7” stopped working after a Windows 10 update. The developer for Bible library 7 is no longer updating the software.

I searched for new software and found that the only software out there is price beyond the reach of most individuals. The only Bible software I could find which was equivalent to Bible library 7 costs about $4,000 and even the basic is over $300.

I’ve been unable to find any online forums where I can post my work.

God’s word now seems to be copyrighted by greedy man therefore restricting and persecuting the soul saving word of God.

For the most part,
People here already have done a lot of studying.
We all know a lot. It's not that we don't want to know more but we are more interested in how God has created in your life a new person and how that person reacts to the whole family of God. IOW we want to know you and the Holy Spirit in you.

Hi Mark, and welcome.

As JohnDB said, were more about sharing and growing in community than a place of information. Information is great, but community expressing love through biblical wisdom is more what were about here.

Your software sounds great, and I would think if you started searching some of the linux forums and communities that you might find a fellow Christian software developer that would write you application in Java, which could then run on any platform from windows 7 to 10.

Good luck!

It would also seem simpler to get another computer to run your Bible software on what is now an outdated operating system that still works fine. I read an article about much older systems still doing their job well; Windows 95, I think.

What does that software do that nothing else does? Users here mention all kinds of nifty stuff available for free ...

What I liked & used most was it had 24 bible versions for cross reff. most churches use one of the new versions which are full of fables (altered & even missing verses). The NIV is one of the biggest violators of truth with 16 missing verses & others completely changing the meaning of the verse. The true meaning the falling away is falling away from the truth and believing in fables.

2 Timothy 4:3 (KJV) For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2 Timothy 4:4 (KJV) And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Ohh, we have a terabyte of storage, there is plenty of room.
this form would only let me post 1000 characters & when I tried to upload a word doc. a error message came up saying wrong extension. that is why I asked what format is needed for uploading attached files.

anyone that thinks they already know everything that is in Gods word not well informed. Because Gods word is not called the living word for nothing. I have been reading & studying the Bible for over 30 years, teach adult Bible study, etc. and I learn new information all the time.

The book of Revelation and end time prophecy are my areas of expertise. new information concerning end times and Tribulations are just now being unveiled for interested and diligent Bible teachers and students.

WHY? Because of this Daniel 12:4 (KJV) But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

But that's what we are trying to tell you...
We are ready to go anytime that God wishes.
We wish to know you...
And we wish to know that you care about us.
The old lymric is true:
People don't care what you know if they don't know that you care.

We wish for fellowship more than knowledge. There's more wisdom in fellowship. Knowledge isn't wisdom. Wisdom is the right application of knowledge.
We can know that God wants good works.
But unless we understand what good works look like we are doing nothing.

I want to tell you a little bit about myself. When God started working on me to shape me and mold me into a tool a messenger and teacher of his living word, to educate people and help them find the path to salvation.

My relationship with God/Jesus Christ started before I could walk or talk. My grandmother would take me to church with her every Sunday. This continued into my teenage years. This was a small mountain church in upstate New York, not exactly the Bible Belt. Pastor Bill was the preacher and a close family friend who preached Christian values and fire and brimstone every Sunday for over 50 years. My grandmother would also read me bedtime stories each night. However, the bedtime stories she read me were not just any bedtime stories. They were stories straight from God’s word, like Noah’s Ark, Jonah and the whale, David and Goliath, and many others.

As a toddler and grade schooler I would sit in the pew next to my grandmother playing with my matchbox toys listening to the pastor preaching his fiery sermons. Everyone thought of me as the boy being dragged to church by his grandmother and paying little attention to the sermons being preached. This was not true however. As I got a bit older I would stop playing with my matchbox toys. Look at the old preacher intently focused on every word. From time to time and more frequent as I got older. Pastor Bill would look me in the eye smile and nod his head as if to say I know God is speaking to you and you understand.

Pastor Bill being a close family friend would stop by our house where I lived with my grandmother from time to time. We always had friendly conversations of both worldly things and religious things. From time to time. I myself alone or with other family members would stop by pastor Bill’s house under the same friendly social circumstances. I would also sometimes stop by pastor Bill’s house when I had questions about God’s word or for prayers about circumstances in my life. Pastor Bill was always there for anyone church member or not looking for his counsel and prayers.

As I grew into my teenage years. Like most teenagers I became rebellious and distanced myself from the church and from Jesus Christ. However, once you are chosen by God to do his work. You cannot run away from that destiny no matter how hard you try. Just ask Jonah. Remember the story Jonah and the whale? (The book of Jonah)

throughout my teenage years, God continued his work on me. He continued to mold me and shaped me. He taught me some hard lessons. There is truth to the saying that the school of hard knocks is the best teacher. God showed me sin. The up close, personal evil of it. I seen a lot of sin and evil both in its fleshly form and even in its spiritual form. God opened and closed doors in front of me to put me in the right places at the right time. According to his plan (not mine).
