Assuming you do... Church? Avoid work for monetary gains? Avoid any work? Business as usual? Read Scripture? More of an old covenant thing to you? I know this question has been asked many times, just wondering in realtime.

Added: For those who avoid secular work on the "Sabbath" (for the moment not concerned with what day or days that is), what do you think about studying (i.e. scholastic work)?

What does going to church have to do with honoring the Sabbath?

I honor it by keeping the correct day holy (sundown on Friday to sundown on Saturday). I abstain from all work for monetary gain as well as laborious work unless it saves life or health or furthers the Gospel. I attend a holy convocation to worship the Almighty, lift up His Son, fellowship with brethren, study Scripture, pray, etc.

Why do you do that?
Are you Jewish?
Has it been a tradition all your life?
 
Lord Jesus Christ is our Sabbath 24/7! This why a Christian faith must be exclusively Only in Christ and the Cross, i.e., finished work (the blood of Jesus). Only the Holy Spirit and I do mean Only works within this perimeter. Anything else is Spiritual adultery and you frustrate the grace of God. And if a Christian continues the Holy Spirit will remove His hand completely. You are now walking in the vanity of your mind (Eph. 4:17). You have made the Cross void in your life.

The Way Of The Spirit
Focus: The Lord Jesus Christ (John 14:6)
Object Of Faith: The Cross of Christ (Romans 6:1-14)
Power Source: The Holy Spirit (Romans 8:1-2, 11)
Results: Victory (Romans 6:14)

Man's Way
Focus: Works.
Object Of Faith: Performance.
Power Source: Self.
Results: Defeat!

The Sabbath is not for Jews only. It is a gift for all people so they may rest from their labors and commune with the Almighty on the day He blessed, sanctified and made holy. I have been blessed in keeping the Sabbath for 30 years (half my life).

If you keep just one law you must keep them all.

My faith is not in the Sabbath or any other commandment, but in Messiah Yeshua. I do not keep the Sabbath holy to earn my salvation, but because I am already saved. It is a fruit of my salvation as are all other works I was ordained to walk in (Eph 2:10). It is one way my love for my Elohim is manifested (1John 5:3). The law has been established within me through faith (Romans 3:31).

Then you must keep all the laws because you are already saved. Also The scripture says, "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Matthew 1:21

We are to keep all the laws we are able to keep, but especially the two greatest commandments and the Ten Commandments.

Once Yeshua saves a person from their sins, they are to go and sin no more. Sin is the transgression of the law (1 John 3:4). Therefore, we must obey the law to avoid sin.
