I like to walk and listen to music. I can't do the whole treadmill thing though, even if I can watch TV while I do it. BORING. I also like to dance. There is a Wii game called Just Dance. It's a contest to follow the dancing holding a remote and you get points if you match the movement. I don't hold a remote, I just dance along. It really gets your heart up and makes you sweat! And the dancing isn't sexual or inappropriate. I have Just Dance 1, 2, 3, 4, 2014, and 2016. I think they just came out with a 2017. Of course, right when I get 2016... Some times I goof off and start dancing and I find I actually have movements I'm not flailing my arms and kicking my legs up in the air, lol. Right now I am working on cardiovascular endurance. Once dancing is too easy I'll find something else, but this works for now. So what do you do?
