I like to walk and listen to music. I can't do the whole treadmill thing though, even if I can watch TV while I do it. BORING.

I also like to dance. There is a Wii game called Just Dance. It's a contest to follow the dancing holding a remote and you get points if you match the movement. I don't hold a remote, I just dance along. It really gets your heart up and makes you sweat! And the dancing isn't sexual or inappropriate. I have Just Dance 1, 2, 3, 4, 2014, and 2016. I think they just came out with a 2017. Of course, right when I get 2016... Some times I goof off and start dancing and I find I actually have movements I'm not flailing my arms and kicking my legs up in the air, lol.

Right now I am working on cardiovascular endurance. Once dancing is too easy I'll find something else, but this works for now.

So what do you do?

Rain or Shine, Sickness or Health, no matter the country im in...

7 days a week = Yoga, deep streching, 30+ mins, @ 5a
5 days a week, Dumbells at home, 20 mins, (4 Kilos each). @ 5:35a
4 days a week, Gym, 1 hr, 10 machines + 50lb dumbbells, very aggressive workout following dumbbells at home.
4 days a week, 10 flights of (real) stairs, following Gym workout.
5 days a week, following stairs or not, 12 mins of aggressive aerobic workout carrying 18lbs of hand weights.

very light meal prior to Gym, usually pasta, cashews, partial breakfast (apple) bar, & a small amount protein drink
For brkfast following the entire workout, i usually have potato salad, broccoli, pasta, sweet potato, chicken breast, cashews, protein drink, breakfast bar, and a piece of 90% dark chocolate.

Morning work out: wake up, stretch, walk to shower, vigorously brush teeth, wrestle with eggs and bacon.
That's the same workout I do too. Except on days when I'm not 100% into it I just do the egg and bacon wrestling and leave it at that. No sense in forcing myself, right?

Tomorrow, weather permitting, I'm hoping to work out(side) baling hay.

My doctor once told me, "You have a limited number of heartbeats." No point in using them up too fast. :biggrin2

I use only weights, apart from the occasional walk with my wife. I loosely follow Stronglifts 5x5: http://stronglifts.com/5x5/ I wish it had been around years ago when I was first into working out.

Worked out a little this evening. This time it was with one of these.

i miss the gym i enjoyed it but if i hit heavy it caused my shoulders to hurt.
Yeah, it causes me a few issues now in various joints. But I need to try.

Then there is shopping! Lol
