I haven't gone to this site in a while, and I noticed there hasn't been any activity in this forum for a loong time. So what is happening in our lives that has made us too busy to come here??

I've been pretty busy lately, I went on an awesome retreat last weekend 3 hrs north of Toronto. It took up my whole weekend which should have been studying for my bio test which was today and my calculus test, which is tomorrow. Unfortunately, I'm pretty screwed now, because these test marks are extremely important as marks get sent to universities in about a month. I also have to finish my supplementary applications, and I have to prepare for a university interview that is on Tuesday.

Please reply guys, hopefully we can make this forum active again!

Aye! Are you back for good? Nice to "see" you again! Obviously I'm still here, but since we switched forum software in September there hasn't been much teen activity, although there was never a large amount.

There are a couple of teens here, I see Cheyenne around a bit, and Pard was around although not for a month or so. But the teen forum remains fairly inactive. It's a bit sad but hopefully we can liven it up!

Nice retreat! Was it a Christian thing or family? I hope you go well in your upcoming tests. I know how you feel. About November last year I finished school and did the big exams that count for 50% of your uni marks. I got into the course I wanted to though, so I'm pretty happy, but relaxed at the moment.

The retreat was with my youth group, it was some organized thing where around 20 youth groups from different churches went, and there was a pretty good band leading worship and a decent speaker.

School in Australia ends in November?!?! What are you going to study in university?

Sounds awesome! :) We have something similar in April.

School in Australia follows the calendar year (remember that our summer is December - February). But year 12 finish in November instead of December becasue it's how the final exams work.
I've actually deffered uni till next year, but I got into high school education, majoring in modern history and geography.

Hello. I'll help liven this forum up if I can. :) Just gotta get a good conversation going that no one can walk away from.

Mwahaha er I mean hehehehe. ;)

Good question. I guess we begin by posting how were doing...

Currently... I'm very cold. :lol Got the fan on in my room to clear the smell of nail polish.

My room is always hot - i always have the heater on :biggrin Can't stand the cold. Today is quite cold. So I am cold at the moment too.

It is currently very hot in this room in which I am supposed to be studying for my bio exam (3 days and I'm done high school!). I live in Canada, but its summer and my family is too cheap to turn on the A/C, not to mention there are 3 computers in this room and they are usually on all day. I used to have a USB fan, but I dumped it somewhere in the winter cause I didn't need it and now I can't find it anymore lol

Yeah I know. I Find it annoying because I do everything outside. Id rather it be cold then hot any time.

I'm with ya there. :)
