Hi guys,
I'm in a big mess right now, it's too long to talk about it here.
Then thing is:
I want to do something about it.
But my girlfriend tells me, dont do anything, you've prayed, let God handle it. Otherwise you're going to make it worst.
My pastor told me, we've prayed, I'll handle it with the help of God. You don't have to do anything.
So now I'm confused.
When should we do something (while still praying about it everyday), and when we should just sit still and let God handle it for us?

Hi Z, without know the exact nature of your problem,it's hard to give a full answer. The fact that you've prayed with your girlfriend and your Pastor on the matter is a good start. However you must remain patient. God works according to His schedule and what he KNOWS is best for us, not what we THINK is best. If the situation is not life threatening, I'd suggest carefully and prayerfully considering your earthly options first, while waiting for Him to answer you. If you are still not happy choose the best common sense approach or ask other responsible people how they would handle it.
Whatever outcome God intends WILL happen regardless.
I'm sorry i have no other reply for you at the moment, but as I said, without knowing the details it is hard to advise you.
I will pray for you and ask that God helps you in your time of need
Blessings in Christ
