It's beach time....oh wait...no beaches close. *sigh* :help

Currently it's 106 degrees with a forecast of 110 degrees. Ummm...just a little warm. I happen to be in air conditioning, so I am not affected except when I walk outside and get into my air conditioned car, and then walk from my air conditioned car and go into an air conditioned building. :sad

Thirstyone:

Not so many beaches in Kansas? you don't say ... :)

Blessings.

No, it's too bad. I am a So. California girl. I transplanted to Kansas about 10 years ago. No more beaches. :shame

Thirstyone:

Oh well; never mind. Just enjoy the twisters, instead, and imagine tornadoes as if from the Pacific ...

Blessings.

Thirstyone:

Well, I guess Kansas folk can always supplement their income by videoing twisters and sending it to The Weather Channel...

(Maybe they don't remunerate, though...)

(PS: And maybe you don't need to supplement your income anyway...)

I could always use some extra money....but be a tornado chaser? I'm not that brave...or is it stupid? Not sure....but it's not me.

Thirstyone: Oh well; I guess someone will end up finding a way of making some money from the weather, anyway...

Blessings.

Nice and sunny today, not too hot since it was raining the past few days.

Looking out the window, it looks like perfect running weather!

Apparently, Jeff is a glutton for punishment, and you know Jeff, what we're told about gluttony. ;) It's sunny and in the mid 80's for us southeast Michiganders, BTW. Jeff, for running, give me 60 degrees with a slight mist of rain. :yes

Mike:

Well, maybe if you guys in Michigan get some sun, we in Ontario might eventually get some, too... :)

Blessings.
