Everyone can read minds except me. Or everyone can read just my mind.
If it's the first one, I might not have as much control over what I I do or want to do because they know they would be able to know it before I have a chance to do anything. But I might also be the one person people felt more comfortable around because I couldn't read their thoughts. In that respect I might unknowingly be befriended by those who have secrets or criminals that want to remain hidden (but not necessarily be alone).
If it's the second way. A world that could only read my mind. Then it would likely be a place with a lot of support from those that like what I think, and even more hardship from everyone else.
