But I have always had learning difficulties, if I read a paragraph of a book, because it has many things in that paragraph I cant remember them all, and at the same time cannot concentrate my mind automatically wanders away, I cant help it.
You are definitely NOT alone. My mind has the focus of a 4-year-old in a room full of puppies and shiny objects.
I crammed 4 years of undergraduate college into 5 and just barely graduated.
I had no idea how to study until I got a D on a Early Church History quiz in Seminary. Then I figured I'd better try outlining the reading assignments. So I outlined 20 pages a night between 8PM and midnight, 5 nights a week and got a B in the course.

SO, if you want to read the scriptures and remember what you read, try writing down the message of each sentence as you read. It will take longer but you should retain a lot more.

I was thinking why I dont read the kjv, then I remember its because its just too hard to understand.

What little faith. To hard. Lol.
I stopped reading my German Bible when I realized I didn't understand German.
I stopped reading my KJV when I realized that was also a foreign language to me.

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

It's always the same old argument of what Bible translation is the best. Notice the two underlined in bold print I provided above. Without the Holy Spirit first teaching the Disciples they could not have become Apostles that Christ sent out to the world to establish His Church (the body of Christ in unity of His Spirit). Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:1-8; Acts 2:1-4; Ephesians 4:11-16. Whatever Bible you choose to study from if the Holy Spirit is not teaching you then the carnal mind of logic which is a hostile enemy against God is doing the teaching, Romans 8:7. Below is a list of all the different letters that have been written. There may be mistakes in all the different English translations as one word can take on various meanings and I do not think it was the writers intentions to mislead anyone, but it is so important to study by allowing the Holy Spirit discern that of what we are being taught, 1John 4:1-6.

Between letting the letter to let and the superfluity of naughtiness the KJV just is rather obscure.

BUT

Whatever works best for you and that you will read...I say read.
Often using an inductive study can really help cut out the things we want to be in scripture and instead put in the things we should be understanding.

I find people love to add their own understanding to scriptures... Even though it is going beyond what was written or intended.

Then on the other hand I see people putting their 20th and 21st century Westernized mindset in applying what was written. With no thought to anthropology of customs and traditions or practices of 2000 years ago.

"You didn't ask me but I asked you" is a famous quote of Jesus that has no bearing on Soteriology but has everything to encourage us to go beyond what we think we can do for the Kingdom of Heaven. But it's never used in such a fashion.... Mostly because people don't understand the customs of that time period.
Same goes for terms like "Calling" and "Chosen". Often used for Soteriology but they really have nothing to do with that.

This is the sort of thing learned when proper Hermeneutics are used instead of flatly reading the Scriptures.

I visualize so much when I study scripture. It's like I am actually living in those times of the prophets sitting there in front of them clued to every word they spoke. I'm in the many battles of the OT understanding what God spoke for instruction in order to defeat the enemy. In the NT I am following Jesus everywhere he went absorbing every teaching he spoke. When I do this the Holy Spirit reveals so much truth to me that I get somewhat overwhelmed at times. I know this sounds weird, but it lets me see all the wisdom of God in action.

The Holy Spirit gave me understanding while studying the KJV so why would not everyone receive understanding of it if they too are indwelled with the Holy Spirit and pray first asking the Holy Spirit teach them. Apart from the Old and Middle English versions the KJV is a revised version in a more modern day English when it was printed in 1611 even though we do not say: thee, thou, ye anymore and replaced it with thee being I, thou being I and ye being I. As a child (new Christian) I could not understand, but when I matured (gaining knowledge) the words became clearer to me. Whether certain passages of scripture were left out in the newer versions what remains and will always remain is the message of the cross and Gods plan of salvation by His grace.
