TBH I'd rather be an atheist than a Muslim, all that fasting, no pork, dress code etc. Lol.

No, but if you imagine being at the pearly gates to be moved on by St Peter, saying: 'Sorry mate, you arrived on the wrong bus!' the Muslim would be slightly more gutted than the atheist.

On a more serious note, Islam fails to deal with the sin question. The Muslim hopes he's done enough good to atone and compiled with enough edicts that Allah says: 'Yeah OK'. The Christain claims with confidence his / her place in Heaven with God, their sin dealt with by His Son's death and resurrection. All they have to do is accept.

I'm an Orthodox Christian. I don't celebrate Ramadan, but Happy Ramadan to you if you celebrate it.

I'm guessing the idea behind the question is something along the lines of... if a great deal of new archaeological evidence (e.g. manuscripts, scrolls, tombs, buildings etc. dating from the time of Jesus) that disproved tenants of Christianity were to be found, how would we reconcile them with our current knowledge and beliefs?

We have to expect the anti-Christ to do exactly this. Our Faith has not been so tested, yet.

I would say then that the best thing you can do is clarify your position.

I was saying it would be easier to convince me that there’s no such thing as Belgium than God. Some Christians suffer with doubt but fortunately I’m not one. No I’m not perfect, sin, especially lust is a big problem. But if people ask me why I believe God is alive, I can give one example after another of Him steering me through crisis, situations, good times and bad. Does God exist? You’re having a laugh aren’t ya?

Though that is not to say atheists and others have glommed together fake history in order to do just that. The worst example was a DVD made a few years ago. "Caesar's Messiah".
It attempted to argue that the Jesus that was invented by Rome, strangely doing so after killing Jesus hundreds of years prior, melded together certain characteristics of pagan god's in order to arrive at their Messiah. Which , in Roman politics at the time the Caesar was considered to be a god. Therefore, the point being Rome did intend to survive for all time forward by creating a messiah to be worshiped as if one's soul depended on it. While making Roman conquest of enemies easier for those scriptures that over a period of 1400 years through the election of various council's charged with the duty, a canon of writings were formulated to insure that end and also to insure the Roman power construct lived on for eternity.
This is why it was said the passages in the new testament that read, love your enemies, turn the other cheek, obey the emperor, were written. So that the converted would not fight Rome but supplicate themselves. That they would as Christians obey the emperor, etc...

I bought the DVD so as to have it for my library. It's likely available at this time at local libraries.

The question is not about the belief in God's existence. It's about the belief in the infallibility of Christianity. Science could very well prove that God does exist, but He is like how Judaism or Islam presents Him instead of a Triune Being.
