Welcome to another edition of today's news. I'm trying to get this done early today so I can spend the rest of the day going outside and working on story writing since I haven't had time for that lately. So first of all in today's news, the Portage county police department are currently under investigation as a cyclist was assaulted last evening. Here's more of the details.

And here's a warning as we approach the time of year for firework season (at least here in the states) as a thirty-seven year old man suffered injuries last night that ended with him needing medical attention. Here's more.
