First of all in today's news, three people were injured early this morning in a shooting that occurred in Cleveland Ohio.

im sure looking at a derelict home for 3 years was worth that sentence. sorry I live in areas where people do blast music at times. of course its not 24 hours. I get the law but three YEARS?!

from what I can gather, a fine would suffice. nuisance isn't the same as harming another. btw in that code. me putting signs in my yard that are offensive to people is very vague. a cross could get one into trouble. vulgar displays. what is vulgar today wont be tomorrow(tatoos) and suggestive bumper stickers, trump's tweets etc
