On a more serious note, I wonder if these "demotivators" aren't some kind of Rorschach Test. Notice how different people tend to gravitate toward certain themes...

I tend toward the Failure theme, and that people are basically stupid at the core; while Jeff drifted toward issues of Conformity, and a person's value in the work place.

It gives me pause to wonder what a psycho-therapist would make of all this.
