Hello fellow believers in Jesus Christ, I would like to open a discussion concerning end time prophecy. This topic on the two beasts and prostitute is a very large topic, and I have a long study for it that I cannot fit into these limited threads, so I am going to post the interpretation of the two beasts and the prostitute of Babylon of Revelation in summarized format. If you wish to find out why I have interpreted this way, then please ask and I can certainly explain and provide scriptures. Since I cannot post links, I cannot give you the link to the full study on my own blog, so if you wish for me to provide you with the link, then private message me and I will certainly share it private (I'd imagine that's allowed). Here it goes,

The interpretation of the two beasts of Revelation and the prostitute of Babylon are,
  • First came the Egpytians, which is the 1st head,
  • then came the the Assyrians, which is the 2nd head,
  • then came the Baylonians, which is the 3rd head, and first beast of Daniel,
  • then came the Medo-Persians, which is the 4th head, and second beast of Daniel,
  • then came the Greeks, which is the 5th head, and third beast of Daniel,
  • then came the Romans, which is the 6th head, and fourth beast of Daniel, as a republic first before it became an empire ruled by emperors, which around this time came Jesus Christ, fulfilling the 70 weeks prophecy in Daniel from the decree to rebuild Jerusalem to his first coming 490 years later, at the end of the 70th week he is the one that was cut off, brought forth eternal righteousness, ended sacrifices, and confirmed a covenant with many, shortly after this was the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple which was predicted by Daniel shortly after the 70th week,
  • which then led to the breaking up of the 6th head, or the Roman empire, into 10 kings or monarchies, which are the 10 horns with diadems, which then brought forth an eleventh “little horn” among them, that subdued three of the 10 kings, then this “little horn” became known as the “papacy”, or the “antichrist”, and part of the “beast of the sea”. The papacy fulfilled the “time, and times, and half a time”, 3 and a 1/2 years (Daniel), or “42 month” (Revelation) prophecy which is equivalent to 1,260 literal years of persecution and killing of the saints,
  • during the reign of the papacy came forth the Ottomans, which is the 7th head,
  • around the end of the 1,260 prophecy of the papacy came forth the beast of the earth (United States), which came forth from the beast of the sea, which is now called "europe",
  • shortly after the formation of the United States the papacy was abolished by the french revolution and the pope was taken captive,
  • then came the the re-establishment of the Vatican (more of a political church than a governmental power) in 1929 with the Lateran Treaty given by Benito Mussolini which brought forth the prostitute of babylon,
  • then the scattered 10 horns without diadems, which are now republic nations in europe, began giving their authority to the formation of the European Union beast, which is the 8th and final head of the beast of the sea,
  • which the Vatican rides, as it came forth from the Vatican itself,
  • while this is happening the United States is expanding and promoting its republic form of government, or "democracy", all around the world as the “beast of the earth”, or the “false prophet”, which is also supported and closely allied with the Euro beast, and these nations that also take on the same form of government as the United States are "images of the beast", and the United States performing "signs" with use of its technology to bring forth wars by bringing fire and total destruction upon cities, and even using its own technology to send things into heavenly bodies like the moon and mars, and its mark of the beast is its financial debt system based on social security and the use of selling and buying using debts of mortgages, automobile loans, etc.
  • these two beasts continue to grow, America and the Euro, and spread their interests, form of government, culture, lavishness, and financial way of life all over the world,
  • while we have yet to see the fulfillment of the destruction of the Vatican by Euro nations that descend from the 10 horns,
  • which then paves way to the coming of Jesus Christ some time after.

The filthy gentile woman rides the gentile beast nations, who hate her because she dont pay taxes lol, she has many harlots who look up to her for truth yet are devieved and trapped inside her filth and become equally filthy seeking mans words over Gods, and pay her in exchange for her filthy blessings of material prosperity.

Revelation 12
The other sign John saw was a great red dragon meaning Satan. Remember, this is a vision and a sign as Satan has not yet been thrown out of heaven yet. The description of the dragon being great and red depicts its nature and character as being fierce and murderous, John 8:44. This red dragon is depicted as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. The seven heads and ten horns refer to the original ten kingdoms of which three were subdued by the little horn of Daniel 7:8. The last kingdom which stands greater than all the others is that of a revived Roman Empire that takes control over all the ten nations who then implements a deceiving peace treaty to a world that is in great distress. Below is that of the seven kingdoms described as four beasts in Daniel 7:1-8 and the three kingdoms that were subdued by the little horn, which is the Roman Empire.

The three kingdoms that were subdued by the little horn of Daniel 7:24 are the Heruli, Vandals, and Ostrogoths who were eliminated by the year 538 AD under the leadership of the Eastern Roman Emperor Justinian whose deadly wound came in 1798. The wound was largely healed in 1929 when Mussolini gave the Vatican back to the Pope and established it as a country in it's own right in the Lateran Treaty. Today the Vatican has formal diplomatic relations with almost every country in the world. We will study this more in Chapter 13.

Seven remaining nations that still exist today:

Babylonian Empire:
(Iraq) The lion represents the winged lions that guarded the royal places of Babylon.

Medo – Persian Empire:
(Iran) The ribs of the bear are part of the consuming greed that devours the first empire.

Grecian Empire:
(Greece, Turkey, Syria, Egypt) Four wings of the leopard described the swiftness of this empire that ran from 334-331BC. It wrestled world dominion from Medo-Persia. After the death of Alexander the Great the kingdom was divided into four minor kingdoms that continued as prominent factors in world politics until the Roman Empire gathered it back as one kingdom.

Roman Empire:
Iron represents the stronghold this nation had. Daniel chapter 2 mentions the iron element of this empire that it to will be divided and broken as God will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed.

The crowns on its heads show that this dragon claims royal authority against the true King who is God of all creation as he prepares to take his seat above all that which is Gods Kingdom claiming he is God as he prepares to deceive the world through that of an existing Roman Empire, Daniel 8:9-12; Isaiah 14:12-15.


Revelation 13
The beast rises up out of the sea as the sea here is symbolic of people and nations as in a sea of humanity, Daniel Chapter 7:1-8; Revelation 17:15. This beast is the Jesuit Luciferians with their headquarters in the Church of Gesu in Rome that is in close proximity to the Vatican. The Pontifex Maximus god king religious system is who Satan gives his seat and authority to. Rome had total control from 538 AD to 1798 which equals 1260 years that equal time, times and a half time as once again history will repeat itself in the annihilation of Gods anointed during the end of days.

The seven heads are that of the Babylonian Empire, Medo/Persian Empire and Grecian Empire that I explained earlier in who the ten nations were. The ten horns represent the nations the Roman Empire scattered to when the deadly wound was put upon them, Daniel 7:23-25. The deadly wound came in 1798 when General Berthier of France captured Pope Pius VI, who soon died in captivity in Valence, on August 29, 1799. Seven of these nations are the ancestors of the modern nations of Europe.

These ten nations were the Anglo-Saxons (English), the Franks (French), Suevi (Portuguese), Visigoths (Spanish), Burgundians (Swiss), Alemanni (Germans), Lombards (Italians), Ostrogoths, Heruli, and the Vandals in northern Africa. The last three being Ostrogoths, Heruli, and the Vandals had already been destroyed by the Roman Empire before their deadly wound came in 1798.
 
Revelation Chapter 17
And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

Mystery Babylon is the revived Roman Empire according to the seven remaining nations
 
'Mystery Babylon' is first century apostate Judaism according to the bible.

Rev 11:8 - And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
 
Iraqis are arabs and don't speak aramaic,the descendents of Assyria and babylon which iraq both encompasses are in fact by large christians.God will judge His Own to hell?
 
Obviously the beasts are allegorical, not physically literal.

We have a format to assess dissections of allegories. It's found in Mark 4. The format is not found in the opening poster's sights.

Any allegorical dissection must include an analysis of the devil and his messengers, per the format dictates. Seeing only people, only cities, only countries can not possibly resolve any dissections of allegories.

And, if this is true, who is a beast, but the Great Dragon? Can there be a more obvious beast?

Isaiah 43:20
The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.

Revelation 13:2
And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

Revelation 13:11
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

Revelation 16:13
And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of [1] the mouth of the dragon, and out of [2] the mouth of the beast, and out of [3] the mouth of the false prophet.

How anyone can do an analysis of these matters and miss the main playa is quite a mystery. Or, maybe not, if that power is real.

We are dealing with unclean spirits. They can not be SEEN as the opening poster guesses at.

Unclean spirits that 'come out of', before they 'come out of' in spirit, who says they are not seen.

satan uses humans to false prophecy, just like God uses humans to prophecy.

Im one to not be able to interperate prophecy very well, but if I take the feet and toes of Daniel and match it to the end times in the revealing of Jesus and his kingdom, this kingdom with 10 horns is divided and 10 nations, as is the people are mixed and not united, kind of like todays world with mix culture and religion and people. Its part weak and strong.

I do not believe its some one world govn or some revived roman empire thats going to conquor the world or some new empire thats going to conquor anything.

The kingdoms and empires of this world is slowely being crushed by God until his Kingdom is established.

I put up a notation earlier on methodology for allegorical dissections. Yes, the dream in reference was also an allegory, and as such subject to the rules of engagements/dissections. And how to tell if the dissection is full of hot air speculations, which most are.
