My response, makes it easier {{ I have pointed this out a few times, at the 5th Seal, the people under the Alter want Vengeance on THOSE THAT DWELL ON EARTH (Present Tense) so they had to be killed by people alive on Earth, this is not all the Saints that were ever killed, because they are Raptured to Heaven and marrying the Lamb in Haven (Rev. 19) . That is true, they are told to wait, until all is fulfilled. If all is fulfilled, how do we come back with Jesus in Rev. 19 ? Because they are dead, awaiting Jesus and Us Saints in Haven to come back and conquer the Beast, thus they ask How Long till we get vengeance.

9 When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the people slaughtered because of God’s word and the testimony they had. the One who is holy and true, how long until You judge and avenge our blood from those who live on the earth ?” (Those who LIVE ON EARTH, not on past Deaths but on those who live on earth PRESENT TENSE, who murdered us)11 So a white robe was given to each of them, and they were told to rest a little while longer until the number would be completed of their fellow slaves and their brothers, who were going to be killed just as they had been. The Day of the Lord is Judgment (What the Thessalonians feared they were in) on the Earth. The Seals are Gods Judgment, the Wrath of the Lamb Revelation 6:16-17
The Church is in Heaven, as Rev. 19 says, the Two Witnesses and the 144,00 preach the word, along with Angels of God ( Revelation 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,)
The very elect are Christians who become Christians after the Rapture and the Jewish Nation, who will be protected by God in the Wilderness, so it is not possible, because God cuts it short so that all flesh will not be destroyed.
The Church is in Heaven, as Rev. 19 Shows, then comes back with Jesus.
Revelation 1-3 is Jesus speaking to the Churches of Asia Minor, praising and admonishing them.
Revelation 4-5 The Throne Rooms. In chapter Four the 24 Elders and all the Hosts of Heaven sing and praise God Almighty holy, holy holy is He who was, who is, and who is coming. In Chapter 5 the Lamb is the one who s found worthy to take the Scroll and Open the Seven Seals, and all the hosts of Heaven said the Lamb is worthy to open the Seals (So these Seals are ALL JUDGMENTS OF THE LAMB !!) Revelation 5:14 The four living creatures said, “Amen,” and the elders fell down and worshiped. So in chapter Four the hosts of Heaven sing Gods praises, in chapter five the hosts of heaven sing the Lambs praises, both in the Throne Room of Heaven. John was caught up there, and says HE WAS IN THE SPIRIT, so we had a paradigm shift, John writing what Jesus said to the Churches, then John being taken by he Spirit to the Throne Room of God !!
Revelation 19 and Revelation 6-9 and 15-16 is happening all at the same time, we are Raptured, getting Married to the Lamb in Heaven, while the Anti-Christ/Fake Christ/First Seal/First Judgment is released on the world by Jesus Christ opening the First Seal. Then the Red Horse, Black Horse and Pale Horse Judgments/Seals are Opened and released upon mankind. The Marriage Feast in Rev. 19 is still happening, it lasts Seven years. Those under the Alter are told to wait, men on earth cry for the rocks to fall on them and to save them from the Wrath of the Lamb. The Seven Trump Judgments are heralded by Gods Angels, with all manner of Destruction. The Marriage Feast is still happening in Heaven.
Rev. chapter 10 is an Angel telling John a Secret, not to be revealed until the End. Revelation 11 is about the Two Witnesses of God.
Rev. 12 is the whole Story of the bible condensed into one chapter, or The Players: The Woman (Israel) the Baby (Jesus) the Dragon (Satan) the Man Child who ascends and sits at the Right Hand of God, Michael who kicks Satan out of Heaven, then God protects Israel from the Dragon in the Wilderness for 42 Months, and the Dragon then turns his wrath against the Christians who did not get Raptured, or the Remnant of the Woman's Seed (Church that's left).
Rev. 13 is the Story of the Beast and False Prophet, of course this was the First Seal that was opened and the very First Judgment.
Rev. 14 is the 144,000 and the Angels preaching the Gospel to all who will still hear and Repent, happening during the Judgments and at the same time the Marriage to the Lamb is happening, which takes Seven Years.
Rev. 15 and 16 is the Final Vials/Wrath/Plagues of God on Mankind. The Marriage Feast is still happening in Heaven.
Rev. 17 is God Judging False Religion (Great Whore) and destroying her via the Kings and Beast.
Rev. 18 is God destroying all the Beast Systems (Babylon) and/or the Final Beast System, WHICH SOUGHT TO RULE WITHOUT GOD AS THE HEAD !! Thus they were Blasphemous, Judged and Destroyed.
Rev. 19 is Now finishing up, the Peace, Judgments and the Marriage to the Lamb all took ONE WEEK. We Saints now Return with Jesus on White Horses, where the Beast, his Kings and Armies await to do Battle, a losing proposition.
Rev. 20, the Beast and False Prophet are cast into Hell and Satan is placed in the bottomless pit for 1000 years. Then Satan is loosed for awhile, and deceives the Nations again, Gog and Magog. Then the Second Death and Judgment comes/Second Resurrection. Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev. 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
