My daughter's in-laws don't like to talk politics. They are not conservatives. I am. So when the subject of politics comes up, I usually agree with them by stating something I know they'd agree with or finding something they said that I agree with. It's not hard to do in today's political climate. For example, the GOP is run by a bunch of do nothings. They make promises and then don't deliver.

All of the gov't is a bunch of do nothings. lol

Different levels of politics maybe.

I sin about politics too, it is just I am trying to avoid it. I mean, I would like to ounch some people in the face, lol, but.....lol
I seldom take it personally, it happens but blah. You posted a statement about government employees .I am one.I have my hot button issues and I avoid those if I must. Locally thas more of a problem here.it's discussed in my route pic thread. Don't worry about reading 300 pages of comments and photos. I'm sure the drama here will warrant a post.

Are you military?
Yep, hot buttons for me too, like what goes on in public schools.

"Church, is never political."

Do you believe that is true?

Where I luve, the church is the most political, but maybe those churches are spreading the doctrines of demons?!?

I meant to say something about this. You're darn right they are. From what I've heard they are instructed to leave certain topics alone, or they might lose their tax exempt status. I don't understand that either, so why not teach the truth as it should be taught and pay the taxes? Like the Lord couldn't bless the church if they pay taxes. That is a crock. Worried about the money. That's making money the focus and not Jesus. That's a mistake, at the least.

:couch (ooo might have to pay taxes...)

The gov't would definitely mandate the rules. Anyone could join.
