q not g .. And the boldness of the Holy Spirit will show up on time and usually not before which allows fear to make you question until then .. I've been in many situations afraid and realizing my frailness/weakness or fixing to be and wonder ''Lord what am I going to do now'', then right on time, right in time, the Lord provides .. It is usually quite an adventure

Sorry about spelling your name wrong. I just had eye surgery so my spelling may be a little off as letters are fuzzy right now.
I agree and yes it can be an adventure.

Ha, no problem many folks do it . It combines part both my wife and I's name, her online name is Jorja , I made mine from hers

I think so, it is normal to preach in the street because Jesus did it himself. it reveals that benefits, because in doing so, the hearts are touched by the message either immediately or later, a seed that is sown, will yield harvest.

It's an excellent idea. The big difference in street preachers is that, there is those who preach condemnation, and those who spread Jesus's Love. The condemnation street preachers have trouble because they provoke people into anger by their condemnations and poor delivery. People get angry and confront them...

Then there's those who know that the Gospel message is one of love, and they spread the love of Jesus and usually healing at the same time to people on the street. Those are good encounters. Good seeds. Some conversions.

Vids of both types are all over youtube. The ones who walk in love are much more effective!

what would you consider preaching condemnation ?

Like these guys...SIn brings God's wrath? Ok maybe that's true but it's not the Gospel message about Jesus. Jesus is all about love and walking in love, and forgiving. A little different picture than the one these guys are preaching. I didn't hear them say love once.

Hi Edward, The beginning of Knowledge is fear of the Lord. (Proverbs 1:7). And that knowledge that is gained is that God loves us. And perfect Love casteth out fear. For there is no fear in perfect love (1 John 4:18) (1 John 4:7-21). And we found that love in the blood of Christ, for with it, we overcame sin and fear with the blood of Christ (Rev. 12:11-12)

Those are good scriptures but I see more effective street preaching by people preaching love and healing...it doesnt provoke people to anger and confrontation.

If a street preacher is called, he will preach what ever the Lord has prompted or given him to preach. Apart from me, you can do nothing. (John 15:1-27). So yes, sometimes the message is the wrath of God. But I do not (at the moment) know of anytime that the lord preached wrath before He preached grace.

Edward, if I remember from previous conversations, recently you completed a study on the book of Revelation. As it applies to the "street preaching": In the book of Revelation, particularly the early chapters, to whom was the warning sent?

i agree that he is but in that Love is a love message of warning . if a house was on fire and you saw some one fixing to go into. knowing there would be way of escape. you would warn them . the message of the cross is you dont have to die and go to hell. the payment for your sin has been paid in full at Calvary ..that is not condemnation but Love it dont take a get in there face and tell them they are going to hell. but let them know a life with out Christ .leads to eternal destruction . BIG difference between condemnation and legalism

sometimes you have to provoke and yes AT times it will lead to anger .i had rather make a person mad than not say anything. you speak the truth in Love
