New Jerusalem- our eternal home, is either a cube or a pyramid according to this passage in Revelation:

Rev 21:16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs (1500 miles?). The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.

It can't be a dome because it has square sides, and a cube is a little boring, so I vote for a pyramid with equal sides like the one with the all seeing eye on the back of a one dollar bill or in this picture.

Revelation 21:16 The city was laid out like a square, as long as it was wide.

Have you ever seen a film called, Apocalypse and the end times? It goes into detail about what you are saying about the pyramid. I highly recommend it.

Some wonder if New Jerusalem will be big enough to hold the resurrected. If you accept the view of Allcorn in his book 'Heaven" they/we will not all actually live in NJ--and he gives scriptural support for this view. But his calculations indicate that even if all the resurrected did live in the city there would be room to spare.
Sort of connected, and definitely interesting--I read somewhere recently that all the 6,000,000,000 or so people on Earth could be stacked an in area 1 mile X 1 mile X 1 mile. Be hard to get us to hold still for that though LOL

Why would they want to live in NJ anyway? It's hot and humid here in the summer and the cost of living is very high in many counties. :lol
